Dick Stiffy at StraightMen.com
Dick Stiffy is a mechanic who did a little work under Michael Hancock's hood. He's 19, loves fast cars, and even faster women.
On a regular visit to get his car lubed up, Dick was telling Michael about how he'd been saving up to buy his first car, but had to pay some hefty fines for the multiple speeding tickets he'd chalked up.
