QC Gallery Uploading Function

Hey guys, no wonder we haven't been seeing any user submitted pictures of late! There was a bug in the QC Gallery section (a permissions error if you wanna know what it is!) which prevented any uploads. That's squashed so you're free to send in your images now!

Sorry for the frustrations, and thanks to those who've written in about the problem. Oh, what would we do without you?
