his arm tattoo spells 'ΣΑΓΑΤ'(Sagat) in the new Greek Alphabet..(I'm Greek so I can read it..:P)...it's unfortunate thought as in Greek you'd pronounce what's scribbled more like 'sayat' than 'sagat'....maybe in French it's pronounce more like that though...
