Oddly, the Frat guys at my University used to do this during the summer. In their underwear. Not only was it really distracting, I always found it more than a little homoerotic. I should just be happy I never wrecked while driving by their Frathouse.
Fratpad is what I imagine the gay version of the Playboy Mansion would be like.
