Germany’s Gorgeous Former Pole Vaulter, Balian Buschbaum

Feast your eye-sicles on this sexy motherfucker. Balian Buschbaum is a former German pole vaulter. In 2003, Balian became the second best pole vaulter in Germany. Which is really just our official way of hoping that this guy knows his way around a pole. (Was that joke too easy? Do you feel cheap?)
Sadly, Balian retired in 2007, but has gone on to do some modeling and compete on a Dancing with the Stars variation called Let’s Dance. So you can watch his muscles flexing and shaking pretty much as often as you want.

What do you guys think? Totally swoonable, right? Plus, on top of the muscles and scruff, this guy has the German accent, which is so hot. Ever had a guy yell “I’m cumming!” at you in German? It’s the perfect mix of sexy and angry ;).










Oh, and by the way, this gorgeous guy was born Yvonne Buschbaum. Balian is a female to male transgendered man. Shortly after Yvonne retired, she announced her desire to start the transition and undergo gender reassignment surgery. In 2008, he announced that his new first name would be Balian, after the blacksmith in the movie Kingdom of Heaven. Sure, it’s a big problem to frame a gender reassignment’s success in terms of attractiveness, but we still give Balian (and his surgeon) as many thumbs up as we can muster. Buschbaum is sexy, sexy, sexy!
