In his most butch drag to date, Ice Empress Derek Rivero breaks his own promise made yesterday to never talk about his self-wrought drama of "breaking up" with Zack Randall by swearing his way through 9-minutes of self-promotion masquerading as self-defense.

First, he refutes his own irrelevance (presumably for us calling him a "washed-up porn groupie") by dusting off 3-porn titles made over 3 years ago and citing 6 website appearances to establish his porn star cred. Keep in mind, he retired immediately after making these scenes and then piggybacked off Zack Randall's fame to promote Randall/Rivero, a website that would have closed long ago without Zack—Zack has at least 15 porn movies and countless web scenes to Derek's underwhelming 9 and today remains the far-brighter star.

Nonetheless, the angry kitten continued to defend himself against us and Unzipped Media for our supposedly unfair coverage of him:

"Leave it to the bloggers... to, uh try to spin a personal situation and try to make it more like theirs... I wanna say one last thing and this is all I'm gonna fucking say because quite frankly I'm starting to feel like these people don't understand because they're too fucking busy thinking about cock to understand something other than fucking logic...

"Zack and I are not drama queens just because we defended ourselves... We haven't wasted a minute on this, other than the 15 minutes that we did just trying to clear the fucking air because something like rape is serious.

"And in case you fucking stupid little bloggers like QueerClick and Unzipped Media blog cannot grasp the fact that we are fucking people, we've never raped anybody and if anybody says something like that, then we have the right to defend it..."

Sidestepping his murder of grammar and syntax, we're not buying the tough guy act, princess. What the cum-tarded twink has failed to realize is that we went after Phillip Ashton for writing what he wrote about our precious Zack. We called Phillip "a jealous twink ghost, semi-coherent, accusatory, undoubtedly bonkers, professionally jealous, and catty." In short, we stood up for Derek and Zack.

For the record, we have never—we repeat NEVER—called Rivero "a drama queen" or insinuated that he didn't have right to defend himself against Ashton's serious accusations. We have however called him all of the following things, arranged chronologically from past to present:

1) a hung, uncut barebacker, a devil-dicked stud,

2) the Terminator, an impervious ice queen, and a puppy euthanizer,

3) an ass puppet, an obscure fashion victim, the iciest most metallic cyborg queen of them all, a dillhole, and a fuppet,

3) Guest blogger Oscar Wilde called Rivero, Her Antarctic Highness, a snowlover with an ice-coal steamheart, and an a malfunctioned manbride,

4) a space cadet

5) a terror twink, a sassy queen, and a pot-kettle-black washed-up porn groupie with cum-flavored drivel spilling out of [his] twink mouth.

And we stand by all that, though we'll happily throw in "hypocrite" and "liar" as well.

Just a small example of what we mean. In yesterday's video Rivero said he was 20-years-old, but it's 2009 and if he made his three Channel 1 videos in 2007, he must have been at least 18-years-old at the time, which would make him at least 21 now (though he looks like he's pushing 28). While he may have pulled a Brent Corrigan and lied about his age to break into porno early, it's more likely that he told this little white lie about his age yesterday—just another stick on his already blazing bonfire of dishonesty.

UPDATE: QC's FINAL WORD ON THE MATTER: To go along with Derek's desire to be left alone, we've decided to exclude him and his website from any future QCoverage. In fact, we've already removed his site from the blogroll. We'll still cover Zack because he's awesome, but this spiteful little twink can keep living out his deluded porn fantasy without us.

The worldwide economic depression must be hitting porn stars pretty hard too because it seems like all the ones in our Round-Up have taken on some sort of part-time work. Brent Corrigan's shower stripping, four famous porn stars have tried their hand at music, and we've discovered two other uncut hunks doing some big city escorting. Throw in some bi-polar disorder, secret boyfriends, and newcummers and you'll agree, this is our probably our craziest porn gossip-Round Up this summer.

Let's tackle our musical men, first. If you're a regular QC reader, you already know about Colton Ford's over-the-top dance cover of REM's Losing My Religion (he's looking all angsty in raccoon makeup and a full-bdy fishnet suit). But the star recently Tweeted to let everybody know that his new album, Under the Covers came out today. You can find it on iTunes. Meanwhile, BDSM porn star Derek Da Silva announced that he's hard at work "recording late each night trying to finish an album."

And they're not the only ones making sweet music between the sheets. Apparently the police-baiting porn couple, the Jarics have released a dance track called "Hit Me Up." According to the Falcon blog, The couple were introduced to their music producers by Queen of Drag, RuPaul, who befriended the Jarics when they shot cameos for the indie film Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild! That reminds us, if musical porn stars are your thing, Queerty released a great feature on musical porn stars that includes Colton Ford, Johnny Hazzard, and a few other you might not have known about.

It's not uncommon for stars to capitalize on their porn presence and moonlight as escorts, bringing the fantasy and the reality ever closer. And most porn star-slash-escrots use Rentboy.com—it's like a Facebook for cyber-hookers. Men of Porn recently discovered two hot pieces: Rick Bauer and Kane O'Farrell.

We're not sure how Rentboy.com stays legal seeing as it's basically a cyber-pimp, but consensual prostitution's a victimless crime. Porn stars gotta feed themselves, so if a gent's starving for some company, we say, let them eat beefcake!

Between our interview with Michael Lucas and pics of Zac Efron's bulge we posted load after load of hot men. Straight Hell posts always stir up a bit of controversy, especially when the rough Englishmen round up someone as angelic as Corey. They take the young student off the streets and into a horrid dungeon where he's tied up, flogged, and his balls and nips get clipped and stretched much to his agony. Some guys love it, but b. bitt finds it disturbing and maybe even socially irresponsible:

Pornographic fantasy is understandable, when it is between consenting adults, but this series is condoning the abduction, rape, and I assume eventual "disposal" of school aged boy. I don't want to judge how or where people get the erotic fix, but this seems to below the level of good taste or good judgment.

Though the pain's certainly real, we doubt the scenarios are non-consensual—it's all part of a BDSM fantasy, though it can definitely be disturbing. Maybe Straight Hell should have a "Where are they now?" feature showing their victims living fully-functioning lives as drill instructors, dog trainers, and boot polishers.

Our readers certainly had strong opinions about Drake Rock's Ben Patrick Johnson. He's a manicured musclestud that's either too perfect or abnormally so. One QCommenter got sick of all the "empty and pathetic" hateful comments, but euan countered with his outlook on the usefulness of such QComments:

1 Not every unflattering comment is born of hatred.

2 Anyone who is "smart and sweet" choosing to have cosmetic surgery cares about appearance also--which suggests he cares about the results of that surgery. Why then is it not permissible for third-parties to have a view on the results of that same surgery--after all, the man in the mirror is not the only one to see it, and that man in the mirror is not the only one whose opinion the person himself cares about.

This is at best a failure of the cosmetic surgeon. (Nonetheless, that body is well-maintained. I just hope it is not built on steroids--when the time comes that it inevitably comes crashing down, the results are never flattering.)

Ben's hot though he certainly looks a little over-done. At least his eyebrows will constantly convey a sense of slight surprise for any of his partners. And talking about frozen facial expressions, we interviewed Michael Lucas this week. True to form, he had opinions on just about everything. But also true to form, every picture we posted had him doing his Derrick Zoolander pout. walt noticed as well and asked this question:

37-year-old Michael Lucas is the undeniable King of the Gay Porn world—his premiere in mainstream porn began in 1997 as a Falcon exclusive. We've left the political questions alone for a longer interview, but for now Lucas spoke with us about his beef with Brent Corrigan, his opinions on free porn sites, and dealing with gay Israelis in his most recent venture, Men of Israel.

QC: You've expressed hope that your upcoming film, Men of Israel will break new ground, both politically and pornographically. Mormon gay porn seems to have gotten some play and a lot of guys find Jewish men attractive... so why do you think there's been such low-visibility of Jewish gay porn actors and Jewish-themed gay porn in the past?

Because as far as I am concerned Jews usually go for a higher education and graduate as lawyers, doctors, engineers, and business entrepreneurs etc. Let me be honest I rarely see academics in porn ;-)

QC: What was the most difficult part of getting Men of Israel made? Can you tell us a major difficulty you experienced making this film (or if there was none, a major difficulty from one of your other productions) and how you resolved it?

Israel is full of gay people Tel Aviv is proportionate to the population of gays in NYC. The difficulty is finding guys who actually want to have porn as their career.

QC: With all due respect, your over-the-top press releases have gotten you labeled a bit of a press whore. You've even fabricated a joke letter to President Obama and made a bit of a scandal at the GayVN Awards this year. If you could mastermind the ultimate publicity stunt, what would it look like?

I speak my mind amateur I don't pull stunts. If it is misinterpreted and the press runs with it then it is out of my hands. As far as the Obama letter—this was clearly just a light joke and I can hardly see how so many people misunderstood that. The GayVN's Awards scandalized themselves by awarding child pornographers. I simply stood up for my industry and said what I thought necessary. By the way am I a publicity whore by giving you this interview? Or am I just doing my job promoting my product?

QC: As a businessman, how do you feel about the rise of "free porn" sites like XTube and web-only "amateur" studios? Have they positively or negatively effected the professional porn star world?

It makes us look that much better—like we are filming Titanic compared to filming a student project. It really shows what a good product looks like and how much work goes into creating a real quality product. I think consumers are getting tired of poorly crafted amateur sex videos.

QC: Obviously you take great care in working out, looking good, etc... but what's the one guilty pleasure that you can't break?

I have always had great discipline—it comes easy for me. I don't have guilty pleasures—besides sex I am very boring to my body: no drinking, smoking, drugs, never go out in the sun, and what I like to eat is healthy.

Michael Lucas is hardly one to turn the other cheek. His latest press retaliation unapologetically keeps up his fiery attack on Brent Corrigan, even going so far as to name Brent's boyfriend who allegedly threatened to throw acid on Lucas' face. *"Boyf" is horrible abbreviation for "boyfriend" and should be used by no one, not even as a headline in a gay pornography blog.

Michael Lucas has issued the following letter regarding matters that took place this past weekend during and after the GayVN Awards. QueerClick has been following the drama every step of the way; you can check out the play-by-play at the Lucas Vs. Corrigan QC News Page.

"It is shocking how lightly the industry is taking this matter. By falsifying his government-required identification, Brent Corrigan put himself, producers, and the general public at the mercy of federal prosecution. Because Brent performed while he was underage, all the material that he appeared in during that time is now considered child pornography, and rightfully so. However, anyone in possession of those titles, who purchased them or viewed them assuming that the producer had taken the necessary precautions to eliminate the risk, now has illegal pornography on their hands. Can you imagine the trauma of having to deal with something like that? And with the internet being what it is, who knows what images of Brent are legal and illegal? This is a disgusting and horrifying question.

To those who are saying that Brent Corrigan didn't know what he was doing, let me tell you that even a 17-year-old knows that forging documents is against the law. A 17-year-old also knows that he cannot take part in adult videos. Erik Menedez was only 17-years old when he and his brother killed their parents-- he is serving life behind bars. No I am not equating this to murder but a crime is a crime and at 17 you know that. We cannot prosecute in one instance and then turn our heads the next... and then honor the criminal with awards for his work.

To those who are saying that I went on stage because I was jealous of Corrigan's nominations, let me remind you that I've been speaking out against celebrating Corrigan for at least three years now. This was before he had received any awards.

To those who are saying I am going after Corrigan because he declined to be in my movie, how can that make any sense? In 11 years of business, there were many models which my company turned away and there were many models who turned down working for my company. Today we looked through all of our casting records, and found an email dating back to September 15, 2006, between our previous casting director and Brent Corrigan. At this point we, regrettably, did not know about his past and we are forever thankful that things did not work out and we declined working with him. My conscience would have never been cleared and a heavy deal of personal guilt would have shadowed me and my career.

For those who said it was not a good time to make a statement, please tell me what's a better time than after the city of San Francisco honored the industry for its work to stop child pornography. Well, I'm not the type to sit silently and listen to this hypocrisy because unfortunately many in the adult industry do not seem to care much about using underage models. You see, there are thousands of young, beautiful guys out there that have made it in this business legally without putting the revolting burden of being involved in child pornos on anyone. So why do many of you decide to support and nominate this particular one? What a strange coincidence. I'm talking about reviewers and judges here. Some of you don't care, because it's not you, it's the producers who are in danger. It's the company heads, like myself, who are risking their freedom because of criminals like Corrigan. This cannot be our industry's protocol.

I'm incredibly dismayed by those who are questioning me on the details of the situation that occurred at the GayVN Awards. I read posts by bloggers stating that they know Brent Corrigan's boyfriend and that he is not the violent type. To those who are uninformed, I would recommend doing some research. Read the testimonies below that I have easily found today. You will clearly see Corrigan's pattern of choosing very violent partners. His previous boyfriend wanted to kill Bryan Kocis. His new boyfriend, whose name we now know is Eric Paul Martinez, seems to be a violent psychopath as well. And now, just a few highlights from Tory Mason and Jason Sechrest's observations of Brent's boyfriend Eric Paul:

On Jason Sechrest's blog, Tory Mason said:

"That guy that brent's dating is nuts.. when I was seeing John (who is stationed in the navy and lives in San Diego) we all went out, although Brent wasn't there, and at the end of the night he [Eric Paul] got into a really loud argument with some kid and John and I tried to seperate them, he [Eric Paul] ended up throwing me down to the ground and then went after the kid, who's a bartender, and knocked him out cold.. he then hid out at John's place till it was safe for him to go home. Absolute fucking lunatic! He [Eric Paul] has some very dangerous obsession with this Corrigan kid (which he made clear the night we went out and the crazy things he was saying about him) and those death threats probably weren't just words but actual threats.. i think he's delusional too, have you ever seen the way he watches over Brent at a club. It's as if he thinks that if he takes his eyes off him somebody's going to swoop in and kidnap that chubby little washed up runt."

Also, Jason emailed me this story about Eric Paul:

"Caleb Carter, who has unfortunately since passed away, came up to me at an event one night with a black eye and when I asked him how he got it, he told me it was "the work of Brent Corrigan's new boyfriend." ... That was when he [Corrigan] had just started dating this guy."

Lastly, I would like to end this letter by again telling those who thought that my short appearance on stage was a publicity-driven decision, and who are saying that it was the wrong moment. For me there are moments in life when keeping silent becomes a fault and when speaking becomes an obligation. I hold the conviction that we need to protect our industry and our youths; it is a civil duty, a moral challenge, a categorical imperative task from which we cannot escape.

I'm off to Russia, as tomorrow it will be the one year anniversary of my mother passing away and I will be with my father. So this is my last statement, but I will be than happy to answer further questions when I am back next week.

Ah, the old "I'm-going-to-mourn-my-dead-mother-in-Russia" trick; his final paragraph shows that Lucas considers the matter closed (he has the last word). If Brent says anything further in his own defense, Lucas can play the "How-disrespectful-to-keep-up-this-quarrel-while-I'm-in-mourning" card. Very trafty**, that Lucas.

Wow! This year's GayVN Awards has proven to be far more eventful and encapsulating than of any of the few years I have attended in years past!

I have much to share about my experiences of Saturday night. Currently, I am pulling resources, photos and calling on new friends and allies to help definitively set the record straight on some misconceptions that have surfaced over the last 36 hours

First! The good news! I took home 3 awards my first year nominated as a producer and a performer. I would like to graciously and humbly thank GayVN for presenting me with the awards Best Professional Amateur Video for Summit, Best Twink Video for Just the Sex 1 and Best Bottom Performer of the year.

It has been a stressful and harrowing long few years. Possibly for the first time ever since starting work within this industry I have been able to shed feelings of inadequacy. Decisions I made in my past have inspired studios, models, producers - and well, lets face it, at times; the whole industry to completely turn it's back on me.

There is nothing worse in life than feeling like an outcast. To be shunned and stripped of all dignity and worth; deemed reprehensible because you were misguided into an unsafe and detrimental situation that you were unprepared to make wise and informed decisions.

In what was an otherwise wonderful evening there was some negativity directed at me from Michael Lucas. While unprovoked, his attempts to thwart a special evening for me were unsuccessful. Without warrant or invite, ML forced himself onto the stage and to the mic during a transitional moment during the show's proceedings. Bitterly and maliciously, he made this statement:

"Shame on the judges who nominated and awarded Corrigan. On a night we honor ASACP there should be no forgiveness for the company's and individuals who put the industry in danger by supporting this . . ."

I can't recall exactly which derogatory terms he used, but it was harsh and aimed to hurt. The boos and applause drown it out on the live feed. More boos were heard than clapping though.

I've been called many things over the years. I learned to accept early on that this comes with the territory of living in the public eye. Living my life openly and honestly as a public figure also means people have and always will target me. Saturday evening at the GayVN Awards, Michael Lucas used me as a personal pawn in his game of publicity foul play. He has a running track record to these theatrics and stunts.

Mr. Lucas' account of the evening in his blog is one long string of fallacies. He reported that the next my boyfriend was taken into custody after threatening ML at the after party.

No one was arrested, and no one was threatened with any sort of bodily harm. Michael Lucas did say to my boyfriend, however, that he would "never, ever stop harassing your boyfriend!"

Later in the evening after the show, at the after party, Michael Lucas put himself between my boyfriend and me and the exit of the club. We were on our way home. He forced his body into Paul (my boyfriend of almost one year) and stepped on his toes and shoes. Michael immediately was hostile and a shouting match began. Paul requested the aid of two security officials of the venue. A warning was issued to Michael Lucas. The club was loud, there were many people around but words could not easily be heard over the noise unless you were within inches of the incident like I was. Despite this and what lies have been told, no threats of bodily harm or death were made ever to Michael Lucas. Names were called and threats of social ruin and disdain were made.

Paul and I woke the following morning at 8 AM with several police officers at our bedside. Paul was cuffed and taken out into the hallway so he could be questioned separately from me. Paul is 6 foot, 200 + pounds. There was no resist or hostility from either parties; the cuffs were used as a precaution based on the misleading statements ML had previously made to the authorities.

This occurred because Michael Lucas' pride and ego was brutally wounded when he was booed and the bulk of the GayVN patrons expressed distaste for his uninvited ranting on stage at the event. Michael filed false statements of a serious nature to use the San Francisco Police force as a pawn in his charade. Are you seeing the trend here?

This was done to humiliate and dehumanize me and those who care and look after me. I have people in my life who care about me and who stand by me; when necessary they defend me. I am as proud of them as they are of me.

Once Michael's history, motives and his outcry on stage were all brought to light to the authorities; Paul was released from his cuffs and we gave our written statements. The police were very fair and even sided. They were polite and quickly drew the correct conclusions. They departed after a little over an hour of discussion. Together Paul and I returned to bed to sleep the morning away.

Michael Lucas could not stand to walk away from the awards with just one accolade. He had to pull tricks and play the bitter card to make it all about him. But at what cost? Anything Michael Lucas has to recite says more about him than me. If he wants to go on with his fabrications of hate and theatrics, I will have no part in it. He, or anyone else, can only take from me what I allow them to have.

In the last few years I have been called things that would make most people give up on themselves. I have apologized and made arrangements in the past to do what I could to set right what was so very wrong about my underage work. Later this week, I intend to republish and reiterate the circumstances surrounding my premature entrance into the adult industry.

With so much attention once again called to this issue, it is my belief that once and for all I might be able to close the book on that part of my life. I do have thoughts and strong convictions about the legal age of models working within the adult industry and I look forward to sharing.

We continue of breaking coverage of the Michael Lucas / Brent Corrigan altercation at the GayVN Awards this weekend with a firsthand account of the action told to us by someone who attended the awards show and stayed at the hotel where the alleged "arrest" went down. PRE-SHOW MOOD: Michael Lucas entered the hotel on Saturday morning before the award show to an amazing number of loud hisses and whispers from others in the industry, like he Glenn Close in Dangerous Liaisons or something! Wow. Alone in the elevator, he made a brief comment about how he hoped he would win, but was skeptical of the show itself. Ding! His floor and he left... in his signature, diamonds-are-shoved-up-my-ass gait.

AT THE SHOW: Once again, people hissed as he walked by (but you have to understand and appreciate that the GayVN Award shows are a bit like "Showtime at the Apollo"—if people don't like you, they aren't shy about letting you know. They cat-call, get up, charge the stage (as Michael did), sometimes everyone forgets what they're doing. The show's a lovely mess.

Anyway, it was clear Lucas Studios was getting overlooked and Raging Stallion was winning by a landslide... which was also stirring the crowd up. Michael was obviously annoyed as well. While accepting an award in very broken English, he made a subtle jab at Raging Stallion, which many didn't catch. It was clear at this point that Lucas was searching for a way to stir up, in his classic, any-publicity-is-good-publicity approach of doing business. While Brent Corrigan looked genuinely grateful and stunned for his honors (and the crowd wasn't entirely supportive of him either), Lucas clearly set his sight on him. And the opportunity came after an excellent announcement from the ASACP (Assoc. of Sites Advocating Child Protection) folks, that Lucas suddenly bolted on stage, took the mic and congratulated the ASACP folks (in perfect English) and the shamed Brent Corrigan and the studios involved with him as being an example of how the industry can exploit underage kids. He was immediately boo'ed and told to get off stage. As Corrigan and others nearly rushed the stage to confront him. But the attempt was immediately and abundantly obvious: He wanted to get his name in the press. Love him or hate him, you've got to admire the quick public relations genius he is... his name will be the name you read. In porn, you can't really get notice from paparazzi shots of your pussy hanging out as you get out of a cab. Instead, Lucas finds any controversy he can. Brent and company were very obviously irritated: he got up and went to get drinks and re-group.

Lucas later apologized for the statement on-stage and wanted it to be clear he wasn't attacking Brent, but rather the industry as a whole. The apology (in very broken English) fell flat. People were yelling, music was playing. You barely could understand his message. It seemed his final attempt to sealing that he'd make headlines.

AFTER THE SHOW: The after-party ended at 4:00am and back to the hotel, two police cars sat outside with cops inside. In the elevator two officers said "no" when asked if anyone was being loud or out of control, but offered not further information. A very drunk (messy) drag queen said, "Sounds like Michael Lucas got in fight". Now mind you, she was fidgeting with her panty hose (sort of pulling them down) and no one took her very seriously, but it sounds like that might have been "the arrest," wish we'd have asked more about what was going on.

Apparently Michael Lucas Twittered his crusade against Brent Corrigan before during and after the GayVN awards. Brent Corrigan has made brief mention about his altercation with Michael Lucas on his blog promising more to come soon:

I am literally sitting in an airport as I write this, trying to get it off to all of you before I get home. I have many other things I would like to write about, but this post has been in the can for a few days now and I don't want to go out of order. On a completely unrelated note, I am pleased and very proud to share great news with all of you! I was awarded three accolades yesterday evening at the GayVN awards. I took home Best Bottom, Best Twink Film of 2009 and Best Professional Amateur Film.

The whole story is to come. For those of you who are catching wind of a minor altercation with Michael Lucas and my boyfriend - More to come on that very soon. At this time it is important that all of you know whatever anyone has said or writtten has been blown completely out of proportion. I have and will continue to conduct myself regarding the matter in a civil and respectable manner.

You may have heard that last night at the GayVN Awards that Lucas Entertainment President, Michael Lucas, rushed the stage to tell the audience "shame on you" for awarding Brent Corrigan, someone who put the industry at risk (so says Lucas) by shooting porn before he was of age. It seems like usual Michael Lucas "look at me!" press whoredom, designed to steal the spotlight from Brent and give himself some press. After all, far from "endangering the industry," only Cobra Films and Corrigan would have to answer for their crimes. Gay porn has a seedy image worldwide and Corrigan's underage flouting of the law seems but a single log thrown onto the already raging anti-porn bonfire. But Brent's illegal modeling and Lucas' outburst are only half the story.

According to a Michael Lucas press release issued today, the porn mogul may have made himself some enemies in the process as Corrigan's boyfriend threatened him afterwards, resulting in his arrest early this morning:

There is nothing new about my campaign against the honoring of Brent Corrigan. I took to the stage to speak out against nominating him, which was made very timely after for the ASACP was recognized for their child protection. In my speech, I said shame on those who nominated and awarded Corrigan. There should be no forgiveness for the companies and individual who put the industry in danger.

Let me make it clear right away that I have no personal vendetta against Brent—I've never even spoke to him. My purpose is to protect this industry fromjuveniles and set the standard rule for not accepting the risk they put us allin. We can not forget the crimes he committed because they are in the past. He is of age now—I get that but he could have put a lot of people in jail for hiscrimes to get where he is now. We can not let this precedent stand as a protocol for young boys looking to follow in his path.

During my call to action Corrigan's boyfriend rushed to the stage and started yelling insanely at me to get off the microphone. As I was leaving the theatre, several people were warning me to watch my back, as some overheard Corrigan's boyfriend making threats to my address. Among all the scattered lunacy, people were saying THANK YOU for having the courage to say what I did. I didn't see my statement as too heroic at that point. I simply exercised my right of free speech and I strongly believe in the importance ofmy message. The adult industry shouldn't award models who work when they're underage and forge their identification.

Conversely, and apparent in this occasion, speaking your mind can be dangerous. At the after party, Corrigan's boyfriend came up to me and bumped his chest against mine. I do not know the boyfriend's name but I know that it's not his ex Grant Roy. This guy was a buff Latin male that appears to be in his thirties. He then threatened that he was going to kill me and demand that we leave the club together immediately so that he could break my neck. The club's security swiftly came and separated him; he came back and told me that he will splash acid into my face, "which will be the end of your career." I called the police immediately when I reached the hotel and recalled to them what happened. The cops went to Corrigan's room, but the couple was still out partying elsewhere.

I called the police at 7:00 am, San Francisco time, as soon as I found out that they were back in their room (I simply called the room and Corrigan pickedup the phone). The police were there within ten minutes. They talked to Corrigan and his boyfriend for about twenty minutes, and then handcuffed the boyfriend and took him into custody.

Corrigan has a history of choosing violent boyfriends.During a 12-hour cross examination at the Kocis murder trial, Grant Roy, admitted to saying several times, he wanted to kill Kocis. So now, the new boyfriend was threatening to kill me. There's a certain pattern here. I was really impressed by the work of the police department. They were very professional and very polite. They were extremely concerned and worked fast and effectively. They asked me if I would be willing to fly to California in the case of a trial, and I said absolutely, as I don't take threats to my life very cavalier.

I've written about it and spoken about it for years, and I'm not about to stop any time soon. I think Mickey Skee asked me about the point of forgiveness for Corrigan. Not in my case, as I'm a producer and a company owner. It's my nightmare to have an underage performer with fictitious identification working for me. Does anyone want to go to jail for a defiant and impatient juvenile? I certainly don't, no matter how adorable the boy is. We should be protecting youth and protecting ourselves. There is no performer who is worth losing freedom for. Let's be strong in our dedication to take the cliché out of porn being an underground and dangerous business, which uses and abuses minors.

Also, whoever witnessed the threats and said events at the party, please contact me. I have witnesses now, but it's always great to have more.

We've been huge fans of Kurt Wild since he first appeared in a Corbin Fisher solo vid. QC: Marriages can be tough enough without an unorthodox job and extra-marital gay sex. How do you balance your work with your wife?

KW: I'm only working about 8 days a month, I'm around to help raise the kids. She supports me like my mom; she does too. But definitely the martial sex between us is totally different [from porno sex]. For one, you're not focused on work—the angles and the lighting. It's sensual versus erotic, sexual, lustful stuff. Surprisingly [when she found out I did gay porn], we didn't really fight about it... When I go on trips [for porn shoots] we don't really talk about it a whole lot. I just used to do trips and come back... at that point she knew I was doing porn, but she didn't know I was doing gay porn. And when I finally told her... it got a different reaction. She didn't cry about it or anything. She finally just said whatever, my doing gay porn was actually better than my having sex with women. She knows I don't get personal gain having sex with other guys. I used to do bi and straight scenes, but I don't anymore. She gets along with the whole gay issue but if I brought women into it, she'd probably feel awkward and insecure about it too. For me, if she was having sex with girls, that'd be one thing... but if it was guys. When I go on a shoot, I usually let her know who I'm working with, where I'm going to be, numbers to call. Mostly for her peace of mind... as long as she knows where I'm at, she'll feel a little bit safer. There's respect and everything.

QC: Though you're married and refuse to label yourself as gay or bi, what do you think about your on-screen sexual chemistry with other men? Is it just natural male intimacy taken to a physical level or do you find the chemistry between you and other guys markedly different from your chemistry with a woman?

KW: With another guy it's... y'know, everyone has their own opinions on who's good looking and who has good qualites about them versus somebody who doesn't take care of themseslves and has a crappy personality. Typically for me, "chemistry" means a good personality, a good open-mindedness. They don't have to be the best looking guy. Sex is sex. I've actually watched porn where girls aren't that good looking but the porn turns me on. Its just aura chemistry vs. physical chemistry. If I can relate to (my scene partner) in more ways than one, then I'm usually going to have a good scene with them. I've worked with a lot of cocky assholes (laughs). Companies look at pictures of me and other men and think "You've got chemistry," but they don't even know what chemistry is. They think they know, but they don't.

Some of my best on-screen chemistry was actually with one of the guys who wasn't necessarily the best looking: Cory Flynt. He did really, really well with the scene; like awesomely well and I didn't expect it. But once he... he was so open-minded that we both just opened up and did it. He just didn't choose to go with the preppy look like most of the guys that I work with with. If you compare him with a lot of preppy guys out there that I've worked with, in my opinion he didn't have the "chemistry look," he had the chemistry. He had never done (porn) before. College Guys 24/7 was his first scene, I think, and I dunno he just seemed ... he didn't seem like he got into porn as much as he did into writing music. I guess it was just something in the back of his mind that he waned to do. And I actually enjoyed the scene because I didn't expect to get as much out of him as I did, being a new guy and not having the typical look. It may sound mean but it's not.... normally everytime I work with guys on, it looks like they have this clean cut look, their hair is preppy looking, their clothes are preppy looking... and this guy proved them wrong. He proved that you don't have to look preppy, dress a certain way and look a certain way to have the best performance inside you and bring it out.

QC: Do you ever eroticize guys outside of acting?

KW: It's just kinda a part of being porn-fry, you're so used to being open-minded and sexual on camera that you find yourself doing it off-camera. But you control it so that you're a respectful guy and not a horn dog. On occasion I'll see a pretty girl and think "Oh wow, that'd be great." Or I'll be watching a porn and thinking about 'Oh I'd like to do that.' A female fan sent me a letter telling me a scene she'd like to see and I was thinking about how it'd look on film. Most of the time when I'm watching adult film, I get into it. I actually really get into it. I look at it and think "Wow that's really good. How would I shoot that?"

QC: I read in a September 2008 justusboys interview that you're working on constructing the perfect porn fantasy and becoming multi-orgasmic. What is the perfect fantasy and how does one work on becoming multi-orgasmic?

KW: At this point, I'd rather (my fantasy) didn't get posted because I don't want people to steal it. But it has a forest type background like you'd see in San Francisco—the California woodlands; a mystical tree covered with white moths that make it look white—I'd like to get that sort of mystical look with an HD camera and shoot the actual fucking near a green screen. I'd want it to look like a high budget movie that's not high budget.

I'd go where there's a waterfall and a little bridge where the scene takes place. Yeah, they're getting penetrated, but they're still faking it, and I've never really understood that. I don't want you to think that all porn's fake because that's not true. I may add a little bit into (my scenes) but that's because I'm in to it. There's not fake moans and groans because what would be the point of that?

Also I never knew how (porn) actually came together. I always thought it was shot straight through like everyone else does. You have to sit, take breaks, it takes 3 hours to film 15 or 20 minutes, because the directors and producers want a lot more to choose from when they put it all togeher. Now I always want to see what they throw out. And all that extra stuff you do on set that you thought was going in the film and it wasn't.

There's a rumor going around that 70% of gay porn actors have HIV... and if that's true, then the straight porn world's gotta be a lot worse. I hear a lot of people test for the actual virus rather than the antibodies that appear before. Back in the 90's all these straight porn companies thought they tested so well and then a lot of people caught it. There was this outbreak because who knows what they were doing between shoots. Everybody needs to fous on safety first and everyone needs to get tested over and over again like I do. It's just a fear factor; we all work together and if one of us gets it, then a lot of us will have it too.

Harlow Cuadra, an escort, adult producer and website entrepreneur, has been found guilty of first-degree homicide in the murder of producer Bryan Kocis. The jury of eight men and four women deliberated for roughly three and a half hours before reaching its unanimous decision. He was additionally found guilty on charges of theft, robbery, arson and abuse of a corpse. The penalty phase begins tomorrow when jurors will decide if Cuadra should receive the death penalty. Cuadra, 27, was accused of murdering Cobra Video producer Bryan Kocis in January 2007 and setting fire to his Dallas Township, Penn. home. He and his former partner and onetime co-defendant, Joseph Kerekes, 34, were arrested in May 2007 and formally charged two months later. Kerekes pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in early December 2008. He was sentenced to the mandatory life in prison without parole. The plea spared Kerekes from facing the death penalty. Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Manuel Kerekes Arrested!

UPDATE: 3/11/09 7:15pm While scrolling through RSS feeds this morning, we found this startling (and entirely wrong) headline from PageOneQ.com. Looks like Brent Corrigan better watch his perfect, bubble-shaped ass or he could end up a dead man!

UPDATE: 3/11/09 3:30pm The closing arguments have begun, with the defense penning it all on Kerekes and the prosecution saying the murder wasn't "a solo act."

In what seems to be the last day of testimony, three exciting things happened: 1) Joseph Kerekes took the stand in Cuadra's defense then said absolutely nothing, 2) Cuadra's mom stood up and shouted, "You stole my son," to Kerekes, and 3) Cuadra told his version of events, which sounded, to put it lightly, a little fishy. Here's highlights quoted directly and summarized from H and J Trial and The Advocate:

After speculation over wether Kerekes would testify for or against Cuadra, he just showed up and said nothing for five minutes... thanks a lot, Joe.

1) KEREKES HOLDS HIS TONGUE: Before Cuadra took the stand, jurors saw his ex-boyfriend and convicted second-degree murderer, Joe Kerekes. Sources told one reporter that in exchange for Joe's testimony, the defense team deposited $300 into Joe's canteen (so that he could buy a TV).

Wearing prison garb and shackles, Kerekes took the stand briefly but refused to speak about the case. "I've been thinking a lot about my parents, and it would destroy them if I said something that I didn't do," Kerekes said. Kerekes' horrendous grammar makes his comments a little difficult to understand, but he apparently changed his mind about testifying on behalf of his ex-boy candy.

Kerekes, 35, pleaded guilty to second-degree homicide in December and is serving a life sentence. In his plea, he said Cuadra killed Kocis and then set fire to his Dallas Township home in January 2007. Kerekes' testimony could have absolved Cuadra of all guilt, but his silence is far more damning. The defense team should've blown that 300 bucks on hats.

2) CUADRA'S MOM CALLS KEREKES OUT: After Kerekes' amazingly underwhelming testimony, Cuadra's mother shouted "You stole my son," at Kerekes as he left the courtroom. We're not sure if she meant "My son's gonna rot because of your crap testimony" or if she meant "You took the best years of his life, you big-dicked bastard." Either way, tres dramatique!

You see, when Kerekes pleaded guilty to second-degree homicide in December, he said Cuadra killed Kocis and then set fire to his Dallas Township home, effectively implicating his ex for first-degree murder (pre-meditation and and active role in its execution). We're not sure what part Cuadra played in the near-decapitation, 28 stabbings, and torching of Kocis. But according to Cuadra's testimony, Cuadra had no role in the murder other than as a bystander.

The prosecution in the Bryan Kocis murder trial is expected to rest their case against Harlow Cuadra this Monday or Tuesday. They've called more than 50 witnesses and we've condensed their testimony into bite-sized nuggets below:

STRONG ENOUGH FOR MURDER?: A thin Harlow Cuadra slouched in his courtroom chair Thursday, not looking as jurors watched a video of him, shirtless, lifting dumbbells and flexing his muscles.

To prove that Cuadra had the strength to stab and kill Bryan Kocis, the prosecution called Lance Threadway, owner of the Virginia Beach gym where Cuadra and his partner, Joseph Kerekes, worked out regularly. Threadway called Cuadra, "a very strong gentleman... who regularly bench pressed 225 pounds." Threadway said neither Cuadra or his boyfriend, Joseph Kerekes, checked into the gym between January 24th (the day Kocis was killed) and 26th.

Cuadra's attorneys have painted Cuadra as weaker than his ex, admitted killer Joseph Kerekes, saying in opening statements that Cuadra wasn't strong enough to stab Kocis and slash his throat.

Cuadra was also an escort with several friendly and helpful clients.

HUSTLING FOR AN ALIBI: Cuadra's former clients testified that Cuadra contacted them for an alibi for the night of the murder. "A bad alibi is better than no alibi," Cuadra allegedly told Howard Mitchell Halford according to Halford's testimony.

Halford met Cuadra through the male escort service Cuadra co-owned with Kerekes in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Halford said he loved Cuadra and often worried about him, giving Cuadra a key to his home so Cuadra could "have an option" if there was ever a problem with Kerekes. Since Cuadra's arrest, Halford has donated more than $70,000 to Cuadra for his legal fund and other expenses. But he never lied to police.

"You were not with him on Jan. 24?" Assistant District Attorney Michael Melnick asked.
