It’s been a while since we’ve heard about unfortunately fuckable Harlow Cuadra And Joseph Kerekes, the porn couple convicted for murdering Cobra video owner Bryan Kocis. We covered the entire arrest and trial, but now we’ve snagged shots of the two taken in prison this past March. We’ve put them in a timeline of shots from their arrest and trial to now, and let us just say… prison has aged them both. A lot.

Jason Creed a porn actor with Circle JerkBoys, Extra Big Dicks, and Lollipop Twinks stands accused of animal cruelty after he brought his dead dog (a half-wolf mix named Moonshine) into a vet to be cremated. The vet discovered blunt force trauma and signs of suffocation. The Palm Beach Post has more:
According to a probable cause arrest affidavit, on the morning of Oct. 7, [Creed] took the deceased dog to the Cole Animal Clinic on North Federal Highway in Boca Raton to have it cremated. [Creed] told clinic staff that the dog had died that morning, possibly due to a seizure, according to the affidavit. But an examination by a veterinarian technician showed signs of blunt force trauma, and further examination by an attending veterinarian indicated that the dog had died from some sort of suffocation, most likely choking, the affidavit stated.
A necropsy showed that the dog suffered severe blunt force trauma prior to death, and that the cause of death is believed to be asphyxiation due to aspiration of food.
Witnesses told investigators that [Creed] hit the dog on several occasions. A roommate said that he and [Creed] acquired the dog, named Moonshine, in February. In interviews with investigators, Thomson stated that his actions were attempts to teach the dog discipline… he and his roommate bought the dog when it was a puppy in February 2010.
When his roommate arrived home from work on Oct. 7, Moonshine lay dead on the floor. [Creed] said the dog tried to bite him, but never explained how he died. A friend of [Creed’s] called Palm Beach County Animal Control that same day and said he believed [Creed] had killed his pet. He said Thompson had called asking for money to pay for the cremation.
Animal control investigators had been called to the apartment twice since February after getting complaints that the puppy was heard yelping in pain. But the dog was unhurt and didn’t seem scared, Walesky said, so they gave him a warning.
Dogs can be annoying, but so can twinks… that’s no reason to kill one. Oh, and talking about murderous twinks, the infamous Harlow Cuadra appealed his murder conviction, so he’ll stay in prison for the rest of his twink life. Let this be a lesson: if you’re gonna choke an animal, choke your chicken. And if you wanna put something in another man, drop the knife and use your dick instead.

Gay Porn Gossip is reporting that Chad Noel (aka Donny Price & Craven Cox) “passed away in New York City, on March 17, 2010 following a brief illness associated with complications of HIV.” He was 25 years old.

Seems like only last week we reported the beginning of porn model Marcus Allen’s murder trial. And now, barely one week later, our former Freshmen of the Year’s blossomed into a full-fledged felon, convicted of first-degree murder and serving life in prison! If you’ll remember, Allen (aka Timothy J. Boham) shot his ex-boss and butt-slave, Paul Kelso, in the head during a cuddling/robbery gone bad. Boham’smotive? Getting cash for his preggers girlfriend. His defense? XBIZ has the goods:
“The jury took less than five hours to convict Boham, whose lawyers — Amber St. Clair and Kristan Wheeler—claimed that his victim… committed suicide,” reports the Denver Post. “They tried to persuade the jury that the murder scene was merely a cover-up for a suicide to that Kelso’s life insurance policy would pay out.”
“According to testimony, Boham returned to the house several times to clean the body of fingerprints and to remove clothing, bedding, a shell casing and other material,” the Post reports.
Boham stole Kelso’s safe and cut it open, believing it contained as much as $400,000. But it was empty save for some paperwork.
He later admitted to the shooting of his mother and sister and fled to Arizona, where he was arrested at the U.S.-Mexico border and returned to Colorado. “He confessed to police during a videotaped interview, which was played to jurors. His mother, sister and former girlfriend all testified against him during the five-day trial,” according to the Post.
Damn, that was quick. Is Lady Justice on Tina or something? We mean, the Harlow Cuadra trial took for-fucking-ever. But this one was wrapped up in less time than it takes to redecorate a bedroom.
Back in 2006, we mentionedthe arrest of gay-for-pay porn actor, Marcus Allen (aka Timothy J. Boham). He was arrested at the U.S. Mexican border in Arizona for the murder of 43 year-old Denver businessman, John Paul Kelso. Boham whored himself out to Kelso for some cash for his pregant girlfriend. Jim French Studios Inc. filed the lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court on April 13 against Prowest Media Corp. for breach of contract, naming as defendants current Prowest Media President John Rutherford, Chief Financial Officer Thomas R. Settle, among others… The suit alleges a failure to repay $1.24 million outstanding on a $2.2 million promissory note issued on May 1, 2003, upon the sale of the company by Jim French Studios to Prowest.
Prowest Media president, John Rutherford responded to the lawsuit with this: “As the old saying goes, ‘There are two sides to every story.’ We regret that Mr. French has chosen to pursue his differences legally where only lawyers will prosper. Please know that after nearly 20 years in this business learning from the best, we have every intention of working our differences out.”

Last month, Mr. Cuadra, 27, was convicted of first-degree homicide in the January 2007 murder of Cobra Video producer Bryan Kocis. He was sentenced to life in prison when the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict during the penalty phase of the trial. In December 2008, Joseph Kerekes, Cuadra’s former partner and one-time co-defendant, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and received the mandatory sentence of life in prison. The plea spared him from the death penalty.

Harlow Cuadra, an escort, adult producer and website entrepreneur, has been found guilty of first-degree homicide in the murder of producer Bryan Kocis. The jury of eight men and four women deliberated for roughly three and a half hours before reaching its unanimous decision. He was additionally found guilty on charges of theft, robbery, arson and abuse of a corpse. The penalty phase begins tomorrow when jurors will decide if Cuadra should receive the death penalty. Cuadra, 27, was accused of murdering Cobra Video producer Bryan Kocis in January 2007 and setting fire to his Dallas Township, Penn. home. He and his former partner and onetime co-defendant, Joseph Kerekes, 34, were arrested in May 2007 and formally charged two months later. Kerekes pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in early December 2008. He was sentenced to the mandatory life in prison without parole. The plea spared Kerekes from facing the death penalty. UPDATE: 3/11/09 7:15pm While scrolling through RSS feeds this morning, we found this startling (and entirely wrong) headline from PageOneQ.com. Looks like Brent Corrigan better watch his perfect, bubble-shaped ass or he could end up a dead man! UPDATE: 3/11/09 3:30pm The closing arguments have begun, with the defense penning it all on Kerekes and the prosecution saying the murder wasn’t “a solo act.” In what seems to be the last day of testimony, three exciting things happened: 1) Joseph Kerekes took the stand in Cuadra’s defense then said absolutely nothing, 2) Cuadra’s mom stood up and shouted, “You stole my son,” to Kerekes, and 3) Cuadra told his version of events, which sounded, to put it lightly, a little fishy. Here’s highlights quoted directly and summarized from H and J Trial and The Advocate:
After speculation over wether Kerekes would testify for or against Cuadra, he just showed up and said nothing for five minutes… thanks a lot, Joe. 1) KEREKES HOLDS HIS TONGUE: Before Cuadra took the stand, jurors saw his ex-boyfriend and convicted second-degree murderer, Joe Kerekes. Sources told one reporter that in exchange for Joe’s testimony, the defense team deposited $300 into Joe’s canteen (so that he could buy a TV).
Wearing prison garb and shackles, Kerekes took the stand briefly but refused to speak about the case. “I’ve been thinking a lot about my parents, and it would destroy them if I said something that I didn’t do,” Kerekes said. Kerekes’ horrendous grammar makes his comments a little difficult to understand, but he apparently changed his mind about testifying on behalf of his ex-boy candy.
Kerekes, 35, pleaded guilty to second-degree homicide in December and is serving a life sentence. In his plea, he said Cuadra killed Kocis and then set fire to his Dallas Township home in January 2007. Kerekes’ testimony could have absolved Cuadra of all guilt, but his silence is far more damning. The defense team should’ve blown that 300 bucks on hats.

We’re not sure if she meant “My son’s gonna rot because of your crap testimony” or if she meant “You took the best years of his life, you big-dicked bastard.” Either way, tres dramatique!
You see, when Kerekes pleaded guilty to second-degree homicide in December, he said Cuadra killed Kocis and then set fire to his Dallas Township home, effectively implicating his ex for first-degree murder (pre-meditation and and active role in its execution). We’re not sure what part Cuadra played in the near-decapitation, 28 stabbings, and torching of Kocis. But according to Cuadra’s testimony, Cuadra had no role in the murder other than as a bystander.
