Cliff is a young 22 year old college student I met a while ago. We talked about doing a photoshoot then, but we didn’t get around to it. I ran into him again the other day and we were both determined to get it done this time. Cliff told me that he was a runner and has been since he was in junior high school. A trip to the track seemed natural for this set of photos. Once Cliff took his shoes off and I started taking pics of his socks he said he was embarrassed. He didn’t think that I was going to be taking photos of his socks – just his feet. He said he would have worn clean socks if he had known that, but that his were dirty. And they were! It looked like he had been wearing them for a week! I told him that I liked dirty socks and that seemed to calm him down a bit. Once the socks came off I got a good look at his size 12 1/2 bare feet, which are awesome! They still had sock lint on them until he wiped them off. His feet are narrow with long toes and really nice soles. He said his feet are ticklish, but he wouldn’t let me test them out (which surprised me, actually). After the shoot I left him at the track so he could run a few miles and get those socks even dirtier…
