QC Exclusive: Pierre Fitch's Yoga And Pure Calisthenics Naked Routine!

Leave it to our very good friend Pierre Fitch to show you how a porn-ready body is shaped! We’re very proud to call Pierre our friend, we get in touch with him every now and then to check what’s been keeping him busy beyond his porn work and lately we noticed that he’s been doing loads of yoga and getting into pure calisthenics so we thought to ask him to do a few poses for us, what we got was even better than what we expected! Four EXCLUSIVE videos, that you can only see here at QC, where Pierre, in addition to giving us a glimplse to his two home gyms, walk us through some of the routine he does to keep his body healthy and ripped. He strikes some really challenging poses. Oh and did we mention that it was ALL IN THE NUDE! After we picked our jaws off the floor our immediate thought was this should go down well with QC readers!

Pierre was kind enough to answer a few questions before his Euro trip, right now he’s in Madrid filming with the Men.com crew. And we really appreciate that he took the time because 2015 has been a pretty busy year for him, lots of yoga but also lots of filming for MenOfMontreal and Cockyboys, his dj gigs and of course his new passion of fitness. He has even traveled to NY to learn from the best coaches for Calisthenics and got certified, he did a seminar on gymnastics in Cornwall and he’s planning doing another seminar in September on “animal movement stuff” The very definition or a pretty busy bee. How long have you been doing yoga and calisthenics?
I’ve been following Calisthenics for the last 2 years in a half was inspired by Frank Medrano one of the most bad ass Calisthenics guys around and for yoga. I’ve been doing it for 7 months cause I wanted to be more flexible in my Calisthenics stuff and it really helps a lot since I spend 4 to 5 hours a day working out like stretching and doing advance moves and just practicing stuff! I’ve been travelling a lot to learn stuff from top coaches a true passion of mine if anyone is looking for fitness advice or how to eat better I’m a vegan and eat extreme healthy since 1 year in half now for advice you can msg me on Facebook.com/djpierrefitch.

How did you get inspired to venture into these areas?
I got inspired by watching others do these workouts, like the Russian guys are the strongest in this Calisthenics sport. You can find YouTube videos.

Do you do less weight/resistance training now that you prefer to work out apparatus/weights-free?
I sure do allot less weights yes the only time i use weights is maybe once a week for my pull ups and dips just to add a little extra challenge but most of the week i work on very very very high reps like will do 500 push ups or 500 squats or 250 pull ups or 250 dips big reps since not using weights.

What do you feel are the major differences and benefits between weight training and yoga/calisthenics?
The biggest benefits of doing yoga and calisthenics is it keeps you very very lean and ripped and you are so flexible and have so much control of your own body compared to weight lifters who just look big and buffed.

When can we expect you to feel ready for your fitness business? Private coaching, starting a gym or doing round the world workshops/seminars? Would you see yourself running a fitness website with video programs?
I’ve been wanting to do private coaching at my house but been so busy with other work but I’m def available to help people online for small fees and give them a program and diet plan and any advice. There is no need for gym memberships. You can use your body weight to do everything you need. I’m thinking about soon launching a fitness website with programs and diet plans. It’s in the works not sure when I will launch it yet but will definitely keep you all in the loop and one day my dream is to travel the world and help people get in better shape and do seminars all over but first I want to learn much more. There is so much to learn. I am doing my next seminar on animal movement(*) in September and can’t wait.
