I've always had the hots for Koji Murofushi ever since I first saw him hammering his way through the last Olympic Games. He must be the sexiest hammer thrower ever! And this anime superhero get up is just too hot to pass! More pictures (and videos) after the jump!
He sure puts his hammer throwing skills to good use! Oh man, if only I had a boyfriend like Koji. He can hand-make miles and miles of ramen for me everyday.

Are those pictures before the jump an illustration? He looks kinda cartoonish in those. But the pictures after are much more flattering. Though he certainly looked much better while he was competing in Athens. I only watched the diving (hello, Alexandre Despatie!), swimming and gymnastic competitions in the Olympics...until I caught sight of Koji and started watching the hammer throw too! I remember him at the forefront of the Japanese contingent during the closing ceremonies, and I distinctly remember thinking I gotta get me to Japan. I think he's an exception to the usual Japanese look though, and I bet he gets a lot of attention wherever he goes.

Yeah he definitely doesn't look like "a typical Japanese". He has some Japanese traits, but mostly looks like a mix. Sooooo hot though, mmmm.

Wow. I love that face - well defined, groomed hair, dimple, and interesting teeth that gives him a great smile. Is he 100% Japanese? I can't imagine he's not part European.

He's half Japanese. His mother is Romanian.
He is very handsome, he looks like he could be native Japanese, like Ainu. He has the european features common among japanese aboriginals. Or he could just be mixed with European. But extremely handsome and masculine.

Koji isn't "typical" anything. He's following in his father's footsteps. His father was also an Olympian and Japanese champion hammer thrower. His father was called the "Asian Iron Man". Like his father, who's a university professor, Koji's a doctoral student as well. Regardless if the "anime" photos were enhanced or not, Koji has HUGE guns. He's considered one of the most beautiful men in the world. FYI, Japan is loaded with Japanese Eurasians like Koji, former Brazilians, former Americans, former S. Americans, & former Europeans of half Japanese heritage. In this respect, Koji isn't atypical.
BTW, Koji stands 6 foot 3 inches or 194 cm tall. He's one hunk of a man. Japan has alot of Japanese Eurasians that have moved to Japan to pursue careers in entertainment, modelling, music, etc.. There are alot of former half Japanese Americans and half Japanese Brazilians. Also Koji's mother was also a former Olympian javelin thrower from Romania. I agree with a former poster. Koji could pass as a native Japanese. He does look more Ainu than Eurasian. Japan also has native Caucasians in the north, who are probably just Russian.
