I think by saying "impossible to come across shots like these 10 years ago" is referring to the change in conservative Asian society to a degree of more liberalism. These clearly havent been taken with a webcam but, sure, the fact that is easy and cheap to buy a digital cam now and post on the net is a major change from 10 years ago. And thank goodness too! I'm all for seeing lots of hot boys of any nationality, but yeah I have a "thing" for amateurs so for me this is a real treat :D
