Surfs up! Rugger Bugger has noticed that the boys of the beach often change out in the open and have a massive amount of photographic and video evidence to prove it! Head to any southern California surf hotspot around 6am, and these guys are changing all over the place (mostly in the parking lot, but not very modestly). You can usually find a nearby coffee shop or cafe to sit in and gawk. I've heard stories of group beat-downs, if they catch you or think you're watching (or taking pictures).
Probably the best way to watch is to become one of them. Go for an early swim and come out when the surf bums start arriving. Sit on the back of your tailgate and relax with your dog while they get changed. They'll ask you, "How is it?" Be prepared to answer.
Don't you just LOVE guys that are not very modest?
