Never have I been so excited for us to get a gold medal. He needed a 108 score on his last dive to win and he managed a 112!!!!!! It was probably the best moment of the games so far for me

While I wanted China to sweep the medals. It's nice that an OUT gay dude won a gold medal. Kudos to him.
I don't usually do the stare at big pouches but the Great Britain dude sure did have a big one. Not as big as Canada's Alex, but big enough.

He wowed me with his extraordinary talent, skills, humility and looks. I just hope his sexual orientation doesn't overshadow all the hardwork he put into his training, he should be known as a diving great not just celebrated cos he is gay.

I love how he waves at the camera after every dive, and that unabashed reaction of joy on his face when he got that first 97+ dive. A lot of the divers look like they have sticks up their butts (come to think of it, they might have other things up their butts). Such unabashed elation from a classic Aussie hunk. Congratulations for breaking the Chinese stranglehold on diving gold, Matthew!
