Brad Pitt donates $100,000 to fight Proposition 8: "Because no one has the right to deny another their life, even though they disagree with it, because everyone has the right to live the life they so desire if it doesn't harm another and because discrimination has no place in America, my vote will be for equality and against Proposition 8," the actor said in a statement.

I couldn't be more supportive of a woman in office, but let's face it, it comes down to the person, and their beliefs, male or female. Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage?"

3. Ex- 'N Sync's boy bander, Lance Bass, has admitted to practicing in high heel shoes and called the prospect of having a male partner on Dancing With the Stars "silly." Although he did add that he wants to do the gays proud on the show and would find an all-gay dance show "sexy."

4. Anderson Cooper may be dating Another Gay Movie actor named Jonathan Chase! Pardon us if we're a little excited about this story, as it has all the elements we obsess over: A closeted celeb, softcore porn, and an amazing ass—WOW!

5. Is the first transgender competitor on America's Next Top Model, a stunt or the start of a trend? Either way, there's no denying that there have been an increasing number of transgender characters in film and TV and that, depending on the portrayal, is a mostly a good thing. Isis is certainly rocking the show.

Lots of celebs may talk about their support of gay rights, but Brad Pitt is giving 100K to the cause. At least he knows he will get some respect from the community in return and the gay media won't do anything juvenile like run this serious story with his naked pic.
What a nice way to show respect for Brad Pitt! The man does something nice for the gay community and you use a picture that he obviously never wanted made public!
Tacky? Yes!
Disrespectful? Definitely.
Sad? Unquestionably
Typical Queerclick? Yep!
EDITOR D: You know us so well.
hahaha. The ANTM contestant pictured is not Isis, but Dominique from last season, who everyone thought looked like a tranny Robin Wright Penn. I really hope that was intentional, since Dominique was a terrible, delusional contestant.
Brad is a good friend to the glbt community. How stupid of QC to use a nude photo of him in connection with another of his generous acts. Grow up guys.
EDITOR D: I am very grown. Thank you. What better way to illustrate his generosity than connecting it with another? ;)
Jim,
I agree w/ you 100%! Using this picture is like throwing sh@t in Brad Pitts' face. The man does an act of kindness and respect for gays and Queerclick does this. Why?
EDITOR D: Is this the same Noah who knows us so well? Then you must have all the answers already, don't you?
Brad Pitt is our great supporter, he said that Angelina Jolie and him wouldn't get married if there is no same-sex marriage. Shouldn't we use a more decent picture to show our gratitude?
i agree for gosh sake!!! different picture, god knows there are millions of them.
I like hearing that celebs are lending their voice to the cause, literally. Not just some random "oh here take the money tell them it's from me" thing. As for Lance Bass? I don't know. There's a time and place for showing gay pride but isn't that dancing show a family show? Sure, equality for all, and hey I'm gay, but it just seems like one of those situations where real life politics shouldn't be involved because it has a chance of making it worse.
BTW, the Anderson Cooper news is really really hot. I have a thing for that man and to hear that news just makes me fantasize about him even more.
Nice to see that everyone's on the same page this time regarding Brad, except the smart-assed editors! (Expecting a smart-assed reply to this one. Please don't disappoint!)
EDITOR D: Here you go!
I am sure Brad wishes he looked that good today!
I thought Johnathan Chase was married.
