“2019 was an amazing year. My first scene came out right before 2018 ended. I got to work with Next Door & Men right before signing with Falcon. I Gogo danced around the country, including at WE Party for World Pride!

However, these achievements had been overshadowed by his mental health challenges. He opened up about being not okay despite the fun and success.

“But despite all the amazingness, I didn’t feel amazing. In fact, the whole year I felt awful. I was really struggling with depression for the majority of 2019.”

This difficulty affected his social interactions with others. He decided to deal with it thru isolation.

“My depression was something I only expressed to a few of you in the industry. I know I pushed many of you away by ignoring you on social media or via text. I simply didn’t want to interact with anyone because I didn’t feel sexy or happy.”

Good thing that he’s back on his feet again and feeling better. He closed his message full of hope and love.

“I promise to love myself again. And I promise I love you all. Thank you for putting up with me and reading this. I’m so happy to be back to me again.”

People in the industry especially porn stars are no strangers when it comes to mental health issues. Few weeks ago, Austin Wolf appealed to his fans and encourage them to get help if they or someone they know is having challenges in battling mental health issues.

It’s a good thing that more and more people from the industry are talking about this. Chances are people dealing with the same issues may feel less and less alone and will not hesitate to seek professional help.
