It’s nice to see Mike Jones, the man who took down anti-gay evangelical Ted Haggard for gay sex, prostitution, and meth addiction. Luckily for Mr. Haggard, he attended three weeks of intensive couseling and is now “completely heterosexual”—sounds kinda boring. Jones was criticized for betraying the confidentiality of an escort/client relationship. His response to the critics was, “[T]his was unique … someone who is spewing hatred; who’s spewing discrimination; who’s touching millions of people’s lives by his verbal content. And you know what? It couldn’t continue. And I’m sorry that some people feel that way, but I can’t change that. I had to do it.” He later added, “I wish [Ted Haggard] well. I wish his family well. My intent was never to destroy his family. My intent was to expose a hypocrite.” Apparently, Mike Jones is now on Denver’s Craigslist seeking “mutual massage.” It’s good to see he’s still getting together with men, even if only on a heavy-petting basis. Maybe “massage” is just another word for “cuddling” (which is usually just another word for “blowjob” or at least “handjob”). Or maybe it’s code for “paid anal intercourse”—we dunno. Not that we’re poking fun—we’d love to get our hands on this piece (or vice-versa).
