QC Open Forum: Which Exercise Do You Do To Be A Better Bottom?

Oftentimes we stumble upon articles claiming that if you follow certain steps you’ll get a porn star-quality butt or that you can improve your bottoming skills to maximize the pleasure that you and your partner experience while doing the deed. But we want to know in the expert opinions of our dear QC readers how much true do they find in those assertions. Logic seems to indicate that if you work certain group of muscles you’ll get more control over them and getting your body to do what your mind wants seems to be the primary target in all this.
