QC Open Forum: Do You Think Kegels Can Make You Good In Bed?

We are all for anything that can naturally improve the performance of men in the bedroom and a recent Details article proposes an interesting theory stating that “Kegels aren’t just for women” as this specific type of exercises can strengthen your erections and performance, therefore your orgasms.

“Kegels” exercises were developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel, a well-known gynecologist, with women in mind. Specifically designed to tighten the muscles surround the vagina after childbirth.

Allegedly, by working the pelvic-floor muscles, you not only strengthen the muscle that support erections, but you also improve blood flow to the penis and when you are erect, you’ll look, well, “more erect”. They way you’re supposed to achieve this is making your PC muscle work out. If you don’t know which muscle is that, the next time you’re peeing, try stopping and starting your stream. Or pretend you’re in a crowded elevator and need to hold a fart in, That muscle you feel tightening is the one you need to work.

In the papers it sounds not only achievable but it also sounds logic that by working certain group of muscles you can get a better control of your body. But we have found contradicting reports and other articles state that Kegels for men although they can improve sex life, when they are performed in excess “can cause premature ejaculation, as well as other sexual problems”. So we’d like to know if any QC readers out there have experiences with this topic. And if kegels are not for you/us, let’s try with yoga we’ve heard is doing wonders for Bryan Hawn’s booty and certain classes can rapidly turn into orgies. We should probably also mention that all the workout in the world can’t change the fact that some people are just naturally good in bed, it’s built-in them and the same applies for the opposite!
