Myth #1: You don’t have to count calories. Fact: Counting calories is important.
To lose weight, you definitely need to count your calories. Many people tend to underestimate their caloric intake (by up to 40%) and overestimate their calories burned through physical activity. Don’t rely on eyeballing your caloric intake or trying to estimate it. Instead, start writing down what you eat on a daily basis. Don’t just do this for the first day or two, do this everyday. For best results do this until your eating habits start becoming more refined, more nutritionally sound, and more regular. Better yet, do this until you have met your weight loss goals. By that time you should have a good idea of how many calories are in the foods you are eating and you should have an easier time measuring your food. Myth #2: Eat three solid meals a day.
Fact: Eat 4-6 small meals daily (a snack counts as a meal).
How you take your calories in is just as important as how many you take in. To lose weight more effectively you want to eat 4-6 small meals a day. This way your body acts like a furnace and is constantly burning calories. Your body will be constantly burning calories because it will be constantly digesting the food you are taking in. So it’s not just how many calories you consume, but it’s also how you consume them. Myth #3: Carbohydrates make you fat.
Fact: Carbs are necessary for a balanced diet.
Carbs don’t make you fat. Calories make you fat. Although I am in favor of lowering your carbohydrate intake and upping your protein intake – in order to lose weight – you should never cut out a whole food group. (You can up your protein intake to 50-55% and lower your carb intake to 30-35%, leaving your fat intake to about 10-20%.) Carbohydrates will help power you through your workouts, especially for aerobic activity (cardio) and for intense anaerobic activity (weight training). Proteins main purpose in the body is to supply amino acids to the body and repair damaged tissue.
What you should do is modify the carbohydrates you are eating. Stick with whole grain carbohydrates (oatmeal, whole grain pasta, whole wheat pita bread), they are less processed and will help you feel more satiated (full) even though they may have the same amount of calories as processed calories. Because they are less processed you will be geting more fiber in your diet – fiber is what will help you feel full longer. Also eat fruits and veggies: stick with color, the more color in your diet the better. Processed sugar is what usually makes you gain weight from carbohydrates.

Hot amateur men in public display is the theme of the latest gallery update at “Male Strippers Unlimited.com“! Visit the gallery and see what mischief a group of horny naked men can get into together!
Ohhh, how I love Greg… well, more specifically Greg’s ass. It’s near perfect wouldn’t you agree? This guy sends us! And we’re happy to check out how he’s doing in the CFNM’s Flatshare episodes. With his clothes locked away, Greg feels very alarmed. Being in a new country, he’s not used to the customs here. Perhaps this CFNM lifestyle is an established thing here. He reasons he should follow the women’s orders for now and keep his mouth shut. By giving him a rent-free place to live these women really have saved his ass after all…
This is one horny, testosterone fueled photo album of Straight Lads from Sheringham Rugby club. They have headed away as a team for a weekend of booze and beach rugby. But they are finding themselves at the wrong end of the obligatory clothes peeling drinking games. They’re naked, with their dicks on display and desperately trying to keep the sand out of their white ass cracks!
For six years, Adrian Cortez — better known as “Stonie” in the gay porn world — performed in more than 60 porn videos and made a brief appearance as Borat’s gay (and nude) son. Over the past year, however, Stonie has undergone a major change. See the jump for what we mean…
Our Spanish bureau chief spotted this Cristiano “hard as a stick” bulge. Clearly, Mr. Ronaldo is turned on by his teammates, no?
For more sportsmen and celebrity bulges, check out The Bulge Report.
Dressed in tank and gym shorts, at first glance Blake seems like you typical guy on his way to the gym. Upon closer examination of the bulge in those shorts, whatever is inside them is definitely anything but standard issue. At 23, this 5’9″, cinnamon hottie is relaxed, self-assured and with a remarkably personable sense of humor.
It just gets better from there as he starts to speak in a deliciously sexy accent that proves to be almost as thick as his cock. Haling from Manchester, this UK treat now calls Philly home & confesses his accent is a bit of an aphrodisiac to the local girls. We’re pretty sure it has that effect on more than just ‘the local girls’!
Gage’s appearance on Randy Blue last week generated much buzz in the amateur porn world. With 56 comments on that post (and counting), our readers seemed to love Gage’s new hairy look.
A few commenters pointed out that Gage has started escorting. We dug up what appears to be his profile on a top escorting site. For the low price of $500, you can spend an hour with this muscled stud. We’re not sure if the extra hair is included (his escort photo is trimmed), but half a grand doesn’t seem to be a bad price to pay to find out.
