Rumor has it that photographer, Alexandra Hedison, is considering legal action against ex girlfriend, Ellen DeGeneres, and her new gal pal, Portia de Rossi. According to London’s Sunday Times, Hedison has been meeting with Trope and Trope, a Los Angeles law firm that has represented stars from Cary Grant to Jennifer Lopez. Legal sources revealed Hedison could file legal papers for a palimony action against DeGeneres, but “Hedison is also said to be considering suing De Rossi for ‘alienation of affection,’ a legal stratagem dating back to frontier days when seducing a spouse was regarded as theft.� “She would have to prove the seduction took place in those states which still recognize the law, like on holiday in Hawaii,� Richard Barry of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers told the paper. “If she can do that, she could cause a lot of financial damage.�

Jimmy Wayne has weathered emotional abuse and real violence. He has worked (as a child) to earn money for his mother while she was in prison. He has lived in the open and subsisted on his wits in order to eat from day to day.

Seems Madonna hasn’t renewed her wedding vows to movie director husband Guy Ritchie after all. After rumors surfaced that the two had exchanged rings in a “kabbalahâ€? ceremony on December 22 (their fourth anniversary), the pop star’s spokeswoman, Liz Rosenberg, told TheScoop.com, “Mr. and Mrs. Ritchie spent their fourth wedding anniversary with 16 close friends at their country home… I was not given names. Madonna is working on her documentary film of the tour and Guy is working on his film. Just a normal working-class couple. Ha ha.â€?
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston confirmed their split after nearly five years of marriage on Friday. “This decision is the result of much thoughtful consideration,” they said in a joint statement. “We happily remain committed and caring friends with great love and admiration for one another.”
Rumours of the imminent split have been swirling for months. In recent weeks, Aniston has been photographed without her diamond wedding ring, sparking fevered speculation that all was not well in the Pitt household.

New York-based interiors photographer Fernando Bengoechea and British fashion photographer Simon Atlee went missing on Dec. 26 from Sri Lanka and Thailand. Relentless search efforts have been fruitless unfortunately, and they are now presumed dead. More here on Bengoechea.
How much value can a strand of hair command? At least NT$21,400 if it comes from the chest of Taiwanese singer Fei Xiang (Kris Philips).
The 1.9m tall singer gamely allowed Dee Hsu, better known as Xiao S, the wacky half of the duo hosting a popular Taiwanese talk show, to snip off a strand of his body hair.
“I don’t think there is any problem at all removing a strand of my chest hair for charity. To help the victims, you can ask for as many strands as you want,” he told her on the show, Mr Con And Ms Hsi, early this week.
The hair was then placed inside a glass tube. It was put on the eBay auction website on Monday evening with the price starting at NT$1. Within 24 hours, the bidding price had risen to NT$3,250 with 25 bidders. By yesterday, it had increased to NT$21,400 with 59 bidders. Bidding will end next Thursday.
It was certainly a unique way of helping the victims of the tsunami disaster. Fei Xiang has recently refused to answer the media’s incessant enquiries about his sexuality. He said his sexuality is something private and he did not want to discuss that. He has recently released an album of Broadway numbers in conjunction with the Chinese theme song for the movie “Phantom of the Opera”. After enjoying relative success in Asia in the 80s, he uprooted and spent a few years in Broadway, laid low in Asia, and then had a “resurrection” of sorts a couple of years ago.
Ever since “Alias” co-stars Jennifer Garner and Michael Vartan suddenly ended their sizzling romance in June, bad blood has been simmering between the two (and a Ben), especially when both have been cruelly forced to endure passionate onscreen kissing scenes as the plot dictates a red-hot affair! It is thence understandable why Michael went mad when he unexpectedly dropped by the set on a day off and found his private parking space occupied by a car belonging to Jennifer’s new real-life leading man – Mr. Ben-There-Done-Jen(s).
So when Michael saw Ben’s car parked in his lot, he stormed into the security office with eyes blazing, and ordered, “MOVE HIS CAR…NOW!” Moments later, the security guard rushed outside and parked Ben’s car in another space. Ben then tried to apologize to Jennifer’s ex, explaining he’d been told he wouldn’t be working that day.
Michael gave Jen’s Ben an icy stare and snarled, “Don’t ever park in my space again!”

Versace launches its 2005 Spring and Summer advertising campaign, starring none other than Madonna. As she was in the Versace campaign she did a decade ago, Madonna is blonde. Early reports said Madonna was paid up to $12 million for the work (which a Versace spokesperson denied) and will receive free Versace clothes for the next two years as well as free access to the Versace mansion in Milan, Italy.
The 46-year-old singer is a friend of Donatella Versace, the artistic director of the couture and luxury read-to-wear label.
Fashion photographer Mario Testino will shoot the themed ‘women in the office’ campaign. The campaign will centre on four (or maybe 10, see below) pictures (QC has found 3 so far!) of Madonna wearing day and evening wear.
According to other rumours, Mario Testino has photographed more than 500 shots of Madonna of which 10 pictures have been chosen to appear in the first series to premiere this February. A 2nd series of 10 photos will re-launch the campaign in mid-summer 2005. These photos are believed to feature Madonna’s real hair instead of the wig seen in this first set of pictures.
In other news, the pop diva has renewed her wedding vows with film-maker husband Guy Ritchie at a secret ceremony four years after they tied the knot. They swapped rings and vows in a low-key Kabbalah-based ceremony at their Ashcombe country estate in Wiltshire, in the west of England.
