QC Open Forum: Is Anal Sex In A Relationship Non-Negotiable?

QC Open Forum: Is Anal Sex In A Relationship Non-Negotiable?
Recently, a QC reader made a question, something along the lines of “are all gays having anal sex now?”. It could have been easy to dismiss it but the query really left us wondering on the subject and it kinda spawned other related questions. Sure, a common perception, even for straight people, is to equalize “gay sex” with “anal sex” and we forget the wide spectrum of turn-ons and turn-off in the human sexuality. And before you write this off as a sign of psychological repression consider that it’s not really ludicrous to find a gay man that is not interested at all in anal sex nor even giving or receiving. We have to remember that what is one’s reality does not necessarily apply to others, and there’s even people who fetichise chastity belts as a way of deprivation from any type of penetration. But what happens when something like this factors when two people who find each other attractive interact intimately? Is fucking really necessary in a gay relationship? Are all gay guys having anal sex now or not? Does every gay man really need to fuck or be fucked to be considered a real gay man?
We guess the bottom line is: Is anal sex in a relationship non-negotiable? We want to know your thoughts on this so don’t forget to comment!

QC Open Forum: Do You Adjust Your Junk All The Time?

QC Open Forum: Do You Adjust Your Junk All The Time?
Let’s face it, even when the size of your endowment is not in question, there are certain times of the day when you have to adjust the jewels and this can happen at any given moment. But, what happens when a reflex movement becomes a habit? An underwear company in Japan tried to answer this question, among many others, while documenting the varied array of tests that they conduct to ensure that your best friend down there is comfortable all the time. The results of these “experiments” are immensely funny, from inflating a balloon inside the undies to pressing the model’s bulge against an electric fan!
So tells us QC reader, how do you keep your bulge comfy while wearing underwear? Do you feel the need to “adjust” all the time? Tell us in the comments

QC Open Forum: Are Butt Plugs Becoming Too Mainstream?

QC Open Forum: Are Butt Plugs Becoming Too Mainstream?
It’s like when you and your friends really, really like a band and then they finally achieve mainstream success and suddenly you don’t enjoy them all that much. Sure you still enjoy the music every now and then but the popularity kinda spoiled what once was. Maybe what we’re trying to say is that butt plugs are on the verge of crossing that line or maybe that line has been crossed.
Recent news about an art installation in France, and its posterior demise, resurfaced when a sudden spike in the sales of butt plugs became noticeable in the country. Apparently Parisians went into a Buttplug buying frenzy. Mon Dieu!
So we ask you QC reader, are you into this particularly shaped sex toy? Do you have a preferred model? Clear or color? Huge or Small? Do you share it with your partner or it’s for your solitary enjoyment? Tell us in the comments!

QC Open Forum: Sebastian Kross’ Tats, Overkill Or Good Ink Art?

Tattooed body ...
... or without?

Tattoos always polarize readers. But we have seen that the subject has significantly escalated since breakthrough Porn Hunk Sebastian Kross disrupted the Adult Industry scene with his incredible good looks, easy-going charm and the massive tattoo on his chest. For some he’s gorgeous just the way he is, to others the ink he has choose to carry on his skin is a distraction from what’s otherwise perfection.

In a tirelessly effort to address your preferences our PS wizards here over at the QC headquarters have proceeded to remove, sans surgery mind you, Sebastian’s ink to give you a look to what would he look like if he hadn’t decorated his beautiful self. Just hover your cursor over the interactive images!

So we ask you concern QC reader, do you prefer him with or without the tats? If you don’t like tattoos and discover a hot guy has them, would you turn him down? If you in fact, prefer inked dudes, do you avoid guys with no tattoos?
Tell us in the comments! More after the jump!

QC Open Forum: Is “Blood As Lube” The Ultimate Frontier In Porn?

QC Open Forum: Is
When it comes to porn we all know that anything is possible, after all, humans can sexualize pretty much anything. It’s pretty safe to assume that the infamous Rule 34 is just a given. But every now and then a studio in an attempt to push the envelope bites more than what they can chew and everyone with an interest in the current state of porn loose their collective minds. Treasure Island Media, who are by no means strangers to controversies, are in that predicament right now. In one of their updates TIM owner, Paul Morris, indulged in some blood play during sex. And by play we mean some hardcore sh*t, like bareback sex using blood as lube, and it doesn’t stop there, said blood came from carving his name with a knife on his on-screen partner. Needless to say that this was consented sex between two adults in the controlled environment of a porn set and all that, but when the scene got released hell broke loose and even their most loyal customers are saying this is too much.
We ask you QC reader what’s your take on this subject? Is this a frontier for porn that should not be crossed or something you actually enjoy? Tell us in the comments!
Warning: You have read the title and as you can imagine the images after the jump are not for the faint of heart. Don’t tell we didn’t warn you.

The Comeback: The Inevitable Return Of The Retired Porn Stars

The Comeback: The Inevitable Return Of The Retired Porn Stars

The other day with the recent update from Cody Cummings we started to see a clear pattern of actors who have “quit” the porn industry only to make a comeback later on. We are sure they all had different reasons at the time of their respective retirement announcements but they all share this trait in common. A well-publicized comeback with a plus attached, it could be a first time at bottoming, a directorial debut, a crossover from straight porn or just the “years-in-the-making” return tag.

We have rounded a group of names of the hottest porn starts that attempted, with different degrees of success, a second act of their careers: Brent Corrigan, Cody Cummings, Spencer Fox, Leo Giamani, Rocco Reed and Lukas Ridgeston. We ask you QC readers, out of all of them, who made the best comeback and who should have stayed behind? From other retired porn stars that have not tried to return yet, who would like to see in front of the cameras again?

Tell us in the comments!

QC Open Forum: Is Rugby The Ultimate Gay Sport?

QC Open Forum: Is Rugby The Ultimate Gay Sport?
Before you dismiss our question we want you to carefully consider it, we’re dead serious about this. As fans of the sport, and fans of buff men in general, it is impossible to not pay attention when a game is on Tv. Traditionally a very macho, and rough, sport the amount of good-looking dudes per team is astounding and the occasional, more often-than-not, wardrobe malfunction keep us more than entertained. We have seen players come out, allies showing support to gay causes, and some even benefiting from their gay followers with secondaries carriers in fashion. So it’s like the gay-friendliness is in the air, which is a good thing. But we want to know, is Rugby the ultimate gay sport? Does the eye candy distract you from what’s going on on the field? Do you really know the rules of the sport or you’re just pretending to know to watch the bulges?

QC Open Forum: Is The Flash Too Gay For His Own Good?

QC Open Forum: Is The Flash Too Gay For His Own Good?
If you have seen The Flash you have probably noticed how Grant Gustin’s gay comes shining through. We’re not saying he is gay (we totally are) but there are moments where The Flash just comes off as very gay, loud and proud. Don’t you find odd the lack of chemistry with his leading lady on the show? That’s like awfully suspicious. And there are times when the inflections of his voice or the way he acts sets our gaydar off like a klaxon. Is that because he has trouble with the character or because the melodrama is over the top? Or is it a vestigial trait from when he was on Glee?
There’s no denying that Grant is super charming and his portrayal of Barry Allen as a good-hearted superhero in the learning stages of his career is not grim or tortured, nowadays that is totally refreshing in the genre. One thing that could disprove our theory is that if he were gay, he wouldn’t have choose such awful variation of the suit.
But we can’t help going back and forth with the primary question, is The Flash too gay for his own good? Tell us in the coments!

QC Open Forum: Are Drones The Future of Porn?

QC Open Forum: Are Drones The Future of Porn?
Let’s face it, the future is now and we live in a society under surveillance. Very soon, the traffic in the skies is gonna be jam-packed like a rush hour but instead of flying cars like in The Jetsons, it will be with clouds of drones flying over our heads. A grim future, isn’t it? Well do not despair. There’s a bright side and the answer has arrived with #Dronboning the very first (straight) porn movie filmed entirely with drones. One thing is sure, it makes for a gorgeous cinematography taking advantage of the surroundings with incredible zenithal views. The porn industry is famous for embracing any new kind of technology to experiment with its limits. Should the Gay Porn Industry follow this example?
We want to know your thoughts on this subject. Watch the video and join the conversation after the jump!

QC Open Forum: Bellies: Hot or Not?

qcopen_belly_head.jpg
None of us want to be fat. Especially if we’re a celebrity, such as the UK’s Dancing With The Stars’ performer James Jordan, who was the subject of a scurrilous article in the Daily Mail recently that showed pictures of him taking out empty pizza boxes, shirtless, and clearly showing that he’d been eating plenty of pizza.
But what is wrong with having a belly? Especially if you’re aged 35 or older, and you’re a man, unless you’re a professional athlete, or a dancer, or a gay party boy, you’re going to have a belly. We should embrace our beautiful male selves, shouldn’t we? Peruse the following pics of James as well as Mark Wahlberg, who gained a very sexy belly for a movie role, and tell us: bellies: hot or not?

QC Open Forum: Is There Such A Thing As “Too Gay”?

qcopenforum_toogay.jpg
Champion ice skater Johnny Weir may not be to everybody’s taste. His decision to participate in the commentary team for the controversial Sochi Winter Olympics was slammed by many who thought Weir should show solidarity with LGBT advocates calling for a boycott of the games as they are being held in homophobic Russia. Others applauded Weir’s courage of his own convictions. But last week, Weir’s colleague, openly gay sportscaster Don Lemon complained that Weir was “too gay” even for a position commentating on one of the gayest sports there is.
It got us thinking. Do we sometimes embarrass each other? Is there a line somewhere between “just gay enough” and “too gay”? And why are there so few flamers in gay porn? Do we still need to see twinky bottoms being manhandled by deep voiced macho men, the kind of thing we all love at places like MEN.com?
Let us know your thoughts – but be sure you don’t get “too gay” – in this week’s QC Open Forum.

QC Open Forum: Should High School Students Be Making Gay Porn?

Should High School Students Be Making Gay Porn?
We all get off on a bit of student-teacher porn. The guys at MEN.com specialise in it, and it’s hard to think of any gay porn house that hasn’t filmed at least 10,000 after-school detention scenes. They’re great – no doubt about it. But, there’s a bit of a difference between porn fantasy and reality, and the recent case of a young guy called Noel, who despite being over the age of consent was kicked out of school for filming scenes for Sean Cody, has sparked no end of controversy.
A QueerClick reader who is both a teacher and a gay porn lover sent us an email this week. Part of it reads:

You may see “Noel” as an adult, but those of us in the education community and most parents see all students in high school as kids until they graduate, regardless if they are 18 or not. We must treat them the same as always. It’s time that the gay porn industry takes a stand on something other than fighting over condoms. There needs to be a promise to all of us educators and parents, that you will keep porn out of high school.

Our reader makes a valid point. 18 years old or not, if you’re still at high school, should you be moonlighting as a gay porn star? Please peruse the following images from the 1982 classic Kept After School, and then please share your thoughts on the matter in this week’s QC Open Forum.

QueerClick Open Forum: Your Thoughts on PrEP

qcopenforum_prep.jpg
Unfortunately, the HIV epidemic among gay men in wealthy countries (that’s us, guys), is not only continuing, but accelerating, with the rate of annual new infections spiking all over the world (Ireland, for example, recorded its highest annual amount of new infections among gay men in 2013 than ever before). That worrying fact indicates that some of us – of either status – are taking more risks, and that’s probably because some of us are less frightened of HIV than we used to be. And that’s understandable, given that newish pharmaceuticals make HIV not quite the nightmare it was in the 1980s and 1990s.

QueerClick Open Forum: Do You Want A Career In Gay Porn?

qcopen_CAREER_header.jpg
Would you like to be a gay porn star? It certainly sounds like it has its perks, such as being flown to exotic locations, being paid wads of cash to have sex with hotties, and enjoying the adoration of your lovestruck fans.
Perhaps more to the point is: do you have what the gay porn studios want? We did a quick comb over some of our favorite studios to see what their “Be A Model” guidelines are. Sean Cody is happy to see applications from anybody aged between 18 and 40. Your race and body type aren’t important, just so long as you are “in good shape”. You don’t even have to be gay, since Sean Cody tells applicants that while “most of our models are straight, we also love working with gay men who can show the straight boys how it’s done!” The notes on the venerable site’s “Want to Model” page exclaim:
