Maybe I live under a rock, but I'm not at all aware of this "media pressure" to have a large penis.
Also, when you're asking guys on the street to compare the size of a penis, they're always going to laugh, point, and snicker, because that's what guys do. It's easier than admitting, "wow, that is actually bigger than mine, so I'm going to say it's small to make you feel bad so I don't have to."
And seeing that surgical procedure - there's no way I would even consider it. I'm happy with my 6-1/2" penis!

Beyond the societal perpetuation of size/length with men I was really surprised to hear most women agree about size average and the fact that it isn't about size. Its really funny because I can't recall myself where and when that stereotype was ingrained into me.
