By the way, June 28, 2008, was the 39th anniversary of Stonewall, not the 41st. The event occurred in 1969. As a historian, I couldn't help but point this out.

OK, maybe I am not reading it correctly, but...
If the Stonewall Bar was closed between 1967 and 1990, how did the cops raid it in 1969?
