This man weighs much more than 350 lbs. I would guess closer to 550.
Very sad. This poor guy is sick and needs help. Trapped and a prisoner of his own body. Plus, it is society that much pay for the cost of his size. In a few years at 40? Mickey won't be able to work, will have a long list of health problems which the public health system must absorb. This isn't cute, hot, funny, just sad. Very sad at the lost of human potential.
I have to agree this is just sad...and not very healthy...is fine they they do not feel shame..but to be to proud of looking like that...I do not buy it...

There are several of my best friends who are huge and do not have any health issues. You say that when they get older they will have all kinds of issues, well maybe not and even you (who are probably skinny/health freak) could die from a heart attack tomorrow. Heaven for bid that you do, but let people be happy and admire them for that.
If you think we are going to be on disability and government taking care of us. Watch what your saying, HIV+ is government disabled. Most of you know how to get this disease.
Fat is not always helped and he like me, have been on many diets all of our lives and sence the fat genes are in our system we may not be able to help it. I have been tested by doctors and hosptialized to find out why as a child. All they came up with is that is hereditary. As Mikey pointed out he, like me, had big family members.
We all have or will have issues at some point in our lives that maybe herridity like high blood pressure, etc. So don't be pointing fingers.
