OK, OK, OK... so Neil Patrick Harris hasn't played Doogie Howser M.D. in some time and when he was playing the child doctor, posting his pictures on this site would've been pretty pervy seeing as he was a pubescent 14-year-old or something. But Doogie's grown up and plays a womanizer on CBS' How I Met Your Mother. We all know that in real life, Niel Patrick Harris, is gayer than unicorn sex, but he's an actor and who really gives an eff when he's still willing to do fan-service shots like the ones above. Hey man, I always like Neil, even before he came out, and I would really love to see the "Rest of the show" if you know what I mean, hes a good looking man.

Once, he was lured into an empty operating theatre by a sexy nurse. She got him to drop his pants, and then the lights came on and the curtains over the observations windows opened. His collegues were all there pulling a birthday prank. All we really see are Doogie's bare legs and a pair of boxers around his ankles.
The other time, he is at a MILFy type woman's house... Doogie is hot for her, and a friend has convinced him that she is having him over for intimate relations. She steps out of the room, saying "i'm going to slip into something more comfortable...". Doogie quickly strips naked and stands in the parlour waiting for her. She comes back out wearing casual clothes and he realizes he's been had again. This time we see Doogie naked head-to-toe, only he's holding a teapot in front of his manhood. It doesn't cover any more than a g-string would have.
