Harlow Cuadra To Testify This Week In Bryan Kocis Capital Murder Trial
Murder suspect Harlow Cuadra is expected to take the stand in his own defense this week in the trial for the capital murder of porn producer, Bryan Kocis. With evidence slowly mounting against the young porn star, things don't look good for Mr. Cuadra. XBIZ reports:
One newspaper account notes that prosecutors spent the first three days of testimony "laying a foundation that placed Cuadra in Northeastern Pennsylvania the night Kocis died. Emails, as well as computer and financial records were reviewed. Prosecutors showed rental records of a car Cuadra paid for matching the description of the silver sport utility vehicle parked outside Kocis' house on Jan. 24 [2007]. Video footage of Cuadra and Kerekes purchasing a knife and pistol from a Virginia Beach, Va., pawn shop days before Kocis died was shown to jurors."
On top of that, Cuadra and his then boyfriend opened an e-mail account to set up a meeting with the murder victim on the day of the crime. Cuadra also rented a gray Nissan Nissan Xterra SUV seen at the victim's house the night of the murder.

i guess in cases like this i am always left wondering at what point in their mind they said 'yeah this is a good idea, i can get away with this and no one will ever know' ... i just wonder what makes someone think like that ... then again, maybe i don't want to know.
it just makes me sad that someone - anyone - could do something like that to another person.

OK i just watched the entire thing. I believe both him and his bf did it looking at the many articles on line. This is not being cynical but the dude is a good actor. even i had tears at some moments.

In the end we are all responsible for our own actions and Harlow knows in his head and heart what he did. I am against the death penalty for anyone, Cuadra included. Let him spend the rest of his days in prison.
Even the reasons for the actual murder are stupid, lets kill the owner of pornfilm studio so one of their actors works with us, is not the guy had a leash on corrigan, it's just plain stupid, and well, asking ur escortng clients to give u an alibie is probably not very smart either
