EnglishLads Tyler Brook

Tyler came from a pretty sporty upbringing in his native South Africa, although he’s now living in London. He plays rugby, cricket and tennis and as a fitness instructor with a sports focussed degree it sounds like he can turn his hand to pretty much any sport and excel. He has one of those naturally athletic shapes, not muscular from gym training but nicely defined with a great set of abs from a mixture of sports.
