CFNMTV gives us some tips on how to keep your jocks’ asses firm:
1. Ensure your jocks remain naked throughout the course of the exercise to see in detail the muscles being worked.
2. Make your jocks hold their arms out straight and stand with feet shoulder length apart.
3. Tell your naked jocks to bend their knees keeping the back straight and pushing their asses out.
4. Make your jocks line up and bend down to touch their toes (preferably in front of an audience).
5. Inspect the asses of each jock boy individually to check that their cheeks are muscular and hard and their holes are tight and healthy.
6. If time allows, pull the cock and balls of your jocks between the legs to inspect the firmness of these at the same time.
7. Ignore the embarrassment on their faces.
