In a poll of what makes people happy, fifty percent of men (polled out of 8,500 Australian men and women aged 18-64 years), said happiness meant surfing the Internet, playing online games or accessing social network sites such as Facebook, compared with only thirty-nine percent of women. Both men and women—or sixty-three percent of overall respondents—picked relaxation as the activity that made them happiest, while physical exercise was least likely to make people happy.
