Extra Big Dicks Presents “Cerebral BALLsy”

We’re huge fans of Extra Big Dicks because, as their name suggests, they always bring us hot scenes of scorching sex with hung studs. And usually their scene names involve playful takes on performer names (like “Steven Goes to Washington”, “Rusty Nailed”, and “Knight Rider”) or all-purpose names that make us smirk (like “Hide The Boner”, “Bottom’s Up” and “While the Wife’s Away”). Though this time, they chose a title that made us stop and go “Huh.”
Cerebral BALLsy is, of course, a play off of cerebral palsy which is a loss or deficiency of motor control with involuntary spasms caused by permanent brain damage present at birth. Granted the Extra Big Dicks episode names usually have NOTHING to do with the scene and this one is no different. Although maybe they’re implying that Scott Alexander fucks Rusty Stevens so hard that it causes Steven to lose motor control and involuntarily spasm. That’s a possibility. After all, Alexander’s dick certainly looks like it could do some permanent damage!
