Episode 1, “The Enforcer,” stars Landon Conrad as uptight San Francisco health inspector Chip, who’s sent to do an annual report on one of the city’s most seediest bars. And behind the bar is Dominic (played by Tom Wolfe), a no nonsense, no bullshit kind of guy who couldn’t care less about Chip and his rules.
