Queerying Adam Coussins
We are thrilled to talk with hot stud, Adam Coussins! You all recently voted him a Pole Position winner here and we’re excited to learn a little more about him. And another big, special thanks to the guys at SplatHQ.com for sharing these photos.
QC: Hi Adam!
Adam: Hi people!
QC: How do you feel about being voted QC’s Pole Position winner recently?
Adam: I’m chuffed to win anything against those other great models such as Sean and Mike, who (looking at the site) I think are top, top models! It was a close race, so I’m not going to be resting on my laurels any time soon! It’s back to the gym for me! No rest for the wicked!
QC: Do you have a message for the QC readers?
Adam: Just thank you to everybody who voted and everyone who takes some time out to follow my work! It means a lot to me and I appreciate every one of you!
QC: You’ve posed for some special pictures today just for QC readers. Why?
Adam: It’s a way of saying thank you, I guess! I hope you like what you see and hope you’ll all keep an eye out for my other work in the future!
QC: You’re on many different sites under many different names, like Adam, Andy and Jon. Do you have a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde personality to go with all these split identities?
Adam: Ha ha, no, of course not! I just like going under different monikers—it keeps my fans on their toes! (Laughs)
QC: You’re a good-looking and sexy bloke. What’s your secret?
Adam: Thanks! It’s very nice of you to say so. For fitness I play a lot of football, I go to the gym, and do a bit of boxing and fitness classes. But there’s always room for improvement!
QC: What’s your best feature?
Adam: People say my abs are the best, and if I’m being immodest I think I agree! Something I don’t like is the new scar on my head which arrived when I was playing footie last year. I got pushed against a wall and was knocked out and ended up in hospital for three days! Sadly, there weren’t any sexy nurses on my ward to help alleviate the pain!
QC: As a straight guy who does a lot of material aimed at a gay audience, why haven’t you ever indulged in a little on-screen man-on-man action?
Adam: I’ve been offered a lot at various times, but it’s not something that I want to do. Money does talk, so I’d never say ‘never’—but hardcore isn’t something that I’m pursuing at the moment (gay or straight).
QC: Do you find it difficult to perform in front of a camera crew?
Adam: At the start I used to, but you can have some porn on and take a pill, and as you do more you get bothered less and less.
QC: Have most of the guys you’ve worked with been gay? If so, how did they take to you being a straight guy?
Adam: Never met an idiot on a shoot—whether gay or straight. All have been very friendly and welcoming and seem to understand that, for once, I’m in the minority!
QC: Have you ever watched any of your videos?
Adam: Noooooooo! Believe it or not, I don’t really enjoy looking at any photos of me—even when I’m clothed. I’m far more interested in cinema or football or music rather than pictures of myself!
QC: This interview is taking place at your second Splat HQ shoot. Can you describe what a typical Splat shoot is like?
Adam: Messy as hell! Good fun, a good laugh, and enjoyable. And I don’t have to get my kit off!
QC: What are your plans for 2012?
Adam: Win the lottery (laughs)! Just keep going—doing shoots and working hard in every part of my life!
QC: Are you planning to get married and break lots of hearts any time soon?
Adam: Never! It’s not something I’m looking for! I have got a girlfriend of 3 years though, so who knows?
QC: Thanks, Adam!
