Recently a very well-curated Tumblr, with the aptly name of BoyfriendTwin, dedicated to gay couples that pretty much look the same caught our attention but it left us with many, many questions and so we decided to take the topic one step further. Sure, on the surface this could look like another demonstration of the tired stereotype of how narcissistic gay men are that either they end up dating a twin or they assimilate their partner so much that you can’t tell them apart, and we’re sure there some of that factoring in the equation, but we don’t think that judgement is all that fair. When dating someone there are many things we look for, a stunning physic, well endowment, similar tastes or similar backgrounds. But, have you ever stopped for one moment analyze how your potential date perceives you? Self-examination is a powerful tool, are you able to see yourself as a date for you? And what about if you ran into a guy that physically looked like you? Would you tried to get a date? Would you clone yourself for a long-time relationship or just a fuck? Tell us in the comments!
