Renowned Adult Filmmaker William Higgins Passes.

It’s a sad news for the gay porn industry. Legendary adult film producer and director William Higgins passed away Saturday morning, December 21st. He was 77.
The industry is mourning as the famous gay adult filmmaker and producer William Higgins passes. He died in Prague where he was residing. It was an apparent heart attack that took his life while being taken to the hospital as reported by Back2StoneWall. He died on the 21st of December, 2 days after turning 77.
Higgins‘s career emerged when he started producing his own gay porn films. According to him, gay adult films that time was “so bad” he decided to make his own. This venture of his also continued since studios back then refused to mail their films to customers in the southeastern states for legal reasons.
His known works include Big Guns (1987), A Married Man (1974), Pizza Boy [He Delivers] (1985), and so much more.
Higgins’ friends remember him by giving tribute to the late director. Fellow director Chi Chi LaRue is recalls how William Higgins helped him at the beginning of his career.
