We’re kicking off a fresh round of interviews for our “Queerying” series!
First in line is Dustin Hazel, who is not only easy on the eye but also gives us a rare peek into the production/studio everyday life …
Let’s start with a few light questions to get you warmed up …
What studios have you worked with?
GayHoopla, HotGuysFuck and BiGuysFuck exclusively.
Do you have a favourite scene that you’ve shot?
Not specifically. I’ve filmed several scenes that I enjoyed for different reasons. Earlier in my career there may have been a definite answer, but so many crazy things have happened since I entered the industry that it sort of blurs together now.
If I HAVE to pick, there’s a secret menu video on HotGuysFuck of Me, Channing, Jayden, and a girl Channing recruited. There was a whole crowd watching us do our thing.
Favorite scene partner?
Channing Rodd. He’s become a good friend outside of the industry and we get along well in general. Much love!
What’s on/in your bedside table?
A bottle of TooHard, Marty’s comic book, my glasses and a giant bottle of water (Currently)
Favorite book?
The entire Harry Potter series. Easy!
Favorite movie?
Interstellar; The idea of space travel amazes/excites me.
What’s on your Netflix/Hulu Queue?
Netflix: Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things, any animal documentary, Dark
Hulu: What we do in the shadows, WestWorld, King of the Hill, Family Guy.
I’m a huge fan of TedTalks, Xgames & RedBullTV too.
What’s your go-to snack of choice?
Strawberries. I love strawberries!
What are the hardest scenes to shoot?
Late afternoon shoots are the hardest for me. I like to wake up and go to bed pretty early, so the scenes at the end of the day when I’m ready to wind down tend to take a little more mental focus.
Do you really use “Fluffers”?
No. I once asked one of the producers if he was my fluffer and he just laughed. I’m still waiting on the answer to that.
Do you think studios should create “Safe Bubbles” with actors, producers, editors, etc all living in one house/compound?
No. Coming from someone who’s currently a producer, editor and model, I think each role deserves it’s own space and respect.
What do you think the next trend in adult entertainment will be?
This is a good question and unfortunately I don’t have a good answer at the moment. I think we’re seeing a big shift in the industry with OnlyFans/JFF and other platforms giving models direct access to their consumer base. I’m interested to see where things go in the next few years.

Have you ever regretted a tattoo or had one removed?
No, every tattoo has some meaning or funny story behind it. I love my tattoos and I use them to help remember different periods of my life.
What was your lockdown/quarantine strategy for health and wellness?
I tried to keep my diet as strict as I could. Spent a lot of time walking/running with my dog and doing pushups. I’m ready to be back in the gym for sure!
When Covid is over, what is the first project you want to work on?
Tons of filming to be done for all of our sites. I won’t say too much yet but anyone who keeps up with HGF/BGF/GH may soon be seeing a lot more behind the scenes soon!
How has the pandemic affected your relationship/sexual activity?
It destroyed all sexual activity. I moved 1,100 miles away from home 2 weeks before the United States shut down and currently live in a hotspot state so I haven’t gotten much of a chance to go out. I’m definitely ready to get back to filming!
How are you staying afloat personally, emotionally, financially?
I’m doing very well. Over the last year I’ve had quite a few amazing opportunities. Huge thank you to the guys above me on the Blurred Media team. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without them.
Do you have an OF/JFF account? How does it compare to working with a studio?
I do have an OnlyFans account. I prefer working with a studio over OnlyFans. There’s a lot more security with a studio and it’s always easier when I don’t have to film myself.
