Dolf Dietrich Reveals That His Ex-Boyfriend Was Recently Hospitalized!
The adult entertainer shared Jack Mackenroth‘s situation days after receiving a public apology from the reality TV star.

Days after the public apology, Dolf Dietrich reveals that his ex-boyfriend has gotten the help that he badly needs. Mackenroth was admitted to the hospital after having seizures and hallucinations.
Dietrich took to Twitter and posted the update plus a message of care for Mackenroth.
I wanted you all to know that my ex boyfriend @jackmackroth was admitted to the hospital last week with seizures and hallucinations. We may have never had a direct response from Dietrich to Mackenroth‘s public apology but this somehow says that he still cares for Mackenroth’s physical and mental well-being.
