Some residents are generally good, but they just slip up sometimes. Because they generally hold down low-skilled jobs, they don’t have a lot of extra spending money, so petty theft of things like soda or a pack of cigs isn’t uncommon. When a resident jacks another resident’s things, we generally make the guy pay it back – but not in the traditional way.
