In this The Bro Network update, coach Matthew Figata observes Andy Adler suffering as he attempts to massage out some back and chest tightness in the shower following swim practice . Though he’s pleased to give Andy a massage and offer some advice, he believes that in order to increase his competitive edge, Andy needs to work out with weights a bit more.
But Andy pops wood in his blue swim briefs, when coach Fig places his hands on the young swimmer’s shoulders…
