Under RA Johnny Donovan‘s watchful eye, the freshmen are having a wild time at the large dorm party. Jake Preston and Finn August dance with their friend Joey Mills, who tells them they should go out since they are so in love! Yes, Joey is correct, and after the two kiss on the couch, Finn sucks Jake.

Joey tells Johnny to strip and join them when Johnny catches them and tries to identify a rule they’re breaking. Particularly after Jake and Finn spit on him, the attractive older man gets involved.
