ASGMax: Justin Matthews and Des Irez – “Housemate Heat: Renewal Agreement”

After completing their first full term as roommates, Justin Matthews and Des Irez must make the difficult choice to either re-sign the lease or split up. Des truly wants to sign another lease because he loves Justin as a roommate, but Justin is unsure. Des then decides that the best method to persuade Justin is to entice him by highlighting the new advantages of having a second round with him.
