Ray Boogie, JD Phoenix‘s frat brother, has been renting out his apartment. Ray’s regular late payments are becoming a major issue, and regrettably, times are hard for many. Therefore, JD doesn’t expect to see Ray dozing off when he goes to the rental apartment to confront his old brother and break the terrible news to him.
