Str8Hell: Valeriy Vilemcuk and Mirek Ceslar

Valeriy Vilemcuk is the subject of Duty Bound, and we first see him blindfolded and with a mouth gag in place, holding his mouth open. As the camera pans down we see that his feet are tied, particularly the toes. Mirek Ceslar arrives and, lifting the blindfold, show Valeriy that he has a hammer. He then proceeds to hammer the nails, attached to Valeriys feet, into the wooden support. Next Mirek takes a fork and begins to torment Valeriy with it, threatening to poke it into various part of his body. When Mirek has tired of that he takes some hair removing strips and begins to attach them to the hapless Valeriy, and pulling them off with some force, tearing the hair out of his body.
