The shattered window hypothesis states that you should address issues before they get out of control. This young whippersnapper has had his bud successfully nipped, at least we thought so. The house managers have a suspicion that new tenant Beau will return to the house, at least five minutes after curfew. They predict this, because there is a new junior house manager who is really keen to administer some justice — and it looks like Beau has a need for some of that…
Beau is, of course, dutifully late and then immediately and obediently apologizes when challenged. The fact, he appears both terrified and excited that he has been discovered, belies his anticipation of his punishment that awaits him!
