The house manager tells us about this week’s update; Contraband is a big problem around the Boys Halfway House, and we like to nip problems in the bud before they bloom into full blown incidents. This fairly new resident, Memphis Rhodes, had what most would consider a minor infraction, but it’s the kind of infraction that makes one lazy and shiftless, and encourages others to vice.
When confronted, he just laughed, which really pissed me off. As House Manager on duty that afternoon, I wanted to teach this little POS a lesson. I succeeded, with some effort.

From Boys Halfway House: Among most residents, recidivism is common, and the problems usually begin even before they’ve left the House. This is why we are so keen to punish curfew violations. Normal people with jobs and responsibilities manage to not be late ever, so this isn’t a difficult concept to grasp for most people.
These residents, I suppose, aren’t most people. For us Managers it’s a double-edged sword. If these guys were normal we wouldn’t have to worry about them getting into trouble all of the time. On the other hand, we have an entire captive population of mouths and holes to use at our disposal, 24/7. This resident, Dallas Ari, in particular, is the kind you just love to punish, too.

When a resident is late for curfew, it never ends well for him. Especially in this case, because we have an alumnus of the House who happened to be visiting and we asked him to dole out the punishment. Wow! We didn’t expect such a tirade and hard fucking, but that is certainly what got doled out. You know, sometimes one’s own peers can be more devastating than a Manager. A lot of residents feel that they don’t deserve the consequences of their actions. This resident is a perfect example. He has always been the one in charge, so he does what he wants. Well, it’s been a downward spiral, and now the tables are turned. When the House Manager confronts him for trying to sneak in late, through the garage, his clothes reeking, he is fairly nonchalant. That is, until the Manager tells him “Why don’t you grab my cock while we are talking about it.” He is taken aback, but he does as he is told. Every once in a while we get a new resident who has been in prison. A lot of times, it’s just guys on probation. These prison parolees, however, are a whole different breed. They are toughened, and because of that, it’s difficult to break through. Fortunately, having been in one of the worst environments possible, the Managers find it fairly easy to get them in the right mindset for a successful stint at the House. Some House Managers are more OCD than others, but when Alfonso forgets to do his chores, which is in this case cleaning the House, the Manager flips his shit. Confronting the resident doesn’t do much good at first – Alfonso Osnaya has an attitude. So, there’s no other recourse other than to put him in his place – with some big fat House Manager cock. The fucked up thing is, it might just be that this lowlife delinquent actually likes it. Some residents are always getting into trouble, not because they are by nature evil or bad people, but because they lack impulse control and basically have fried each and every brain cell they used to have. Unfortunately for these folks, justice is blind, and the punishment is going to be coming regardless of malice aforethought. The phrase Just Deserts means, literally “the punishment that one deserves.” Here at the House, they believe wholeheartedly that all these fuckers deserve each and every punishment they get, and this guy deserves it all.

When residents don’t take their time in the House seriously, it can lead to failed outcomes. Take this reject, for example: He had been a problem in the beginning, but had turned his act around. Then, suddenly, he stopped going to his meetings. Well, this type of situation is not good, because it usually means that more trouble is on the way. So, of course out House Manager used an evidence-based solution that always works: fucking the living daylights out of him.
