A resident, in this instance the unfortunate Darien Valentino, may occasionally be physically retrained if they are unable to follow the regulations prohibiting them from leaving the House after hours. It’s all done to make a point, of course, and the resident’s thoughts normally start to clear up after being gagged and confined in a closet for an hour.
After all, regulations are rules.
