Elder Miller and Elder Foster made their way to the temple. They had been told to meet with Bishop Angus in order to receive a special ordinance.
Neither boy had heard of the second anointing before going through the process. Each one was individually anointed with consecrated oil and fucked on the altar of the temple. Afterwards they were told to shower and dress before the meeting with Bishop Angus to have their callings and elections made sure at the same time.
Having been inducted into the Order, Elder Foster was thrilled to spend some time amongst its members.He’d impressed Bishop Angus with his willingness to submit, but there were those in the Brethren who wanted to have a special welcoming for the young man.
Mission President Wilcox volunteered to bring the young man along with him on a retreat scheduled with Patriarch Smith. Not only would this give Elder Foster the chance to have some focused attention, but it would give Patriarch Smith the chance to formally bring Elder Foster into the Order.

Elder Foster arrived early for his meeting with Patriarch Smith. Being late for his disciplinary action seemed like a bad idea.
