Talk about your Texas charm. Jeremy just bursts with it!
He has to be one of the most personable guys Corbin has ever filmed. At first, it almost caught him off guard, actually. Corbin thought to himself, “Is this a phony kind of used-car-salesman friendliness?” It didn’t take long to realize that it wasn’t the least bit phony, however, and he’s just extremely friendly, personable and outgoing.
