We have been following the production of this intriguing James Franco pet project for a while and now the first clip of the movie has arrived! The movie, which QC readers will probably remember is a fictionalized recount of real-life horrific events and is about to get its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. The clip, albeit brief, is somehow packed with cryptic information, we don’t know if casual viewers will get much of what’s being said but for those who followed the case (the brutal assassination of Bryan Kocis, owner of porn studio Cobra Video, by porn stars Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes) the situation portrayed will ring many bells.
In a voice over, former Disney actor Garrett Clayton, who plays Brent Corrigan in the movie, tells his mother over the phone about the “film internship” he’s been doing and his plans to continue in that work position during the summer remarking that he’s gotten the chance to be at the editing room for the first time. In real life this scene must be taken from the days in 2004 when Brent Corrigan, was under-aged at the time moved in with Kocis at Midland Drive. Corrigan described those days in a Rolling Stone article with these words “He used me to attract these boys. There was always alcohol in the house. That summer I spent with him, I drank more than I ever have in my life.” The movie clip is intercut with images of Christian Slater (who plays Kocis) and other scenes with Garrett/Brent taking a steamy shower in a dark bathroom. (Note aside, who has a better butt, Garrett Clayton or Brent Corrigan?)
We are looking forward to seeing the full movie but since it’s an indie project the marketing has been a bit lackluster considering it has James Franco attached. Seems like news about the Cobra King movie keep coming. Yesterday we wondered if Disney star Garrett Clayton was the right actor to play Brent Corrigan (more on that later) and today we have confirmation, via James Franco’s Instagram, on who is going to play convicted murder and former porn star Harlow Cuadra. It’s none other that Pretty Little Liars actor Keegan Allen, who is already in character as he has lost his trademarked blond looks and dyed his hair black for the role. He also has been trying tight sexy underwear as his bulge proves in the photo he took with James Franco. Will we see a full frontal on the theatrical release?
The film seems to be moving at full speed and as we told you many fans were left wondering why Brent Corrigan was not cast to play himself in the controversial movie, we finally have an answer for that as Brent took his social media accounts to explain why he declined a participation as consultant and actor. The murder of studio owner Bryan Kocis by two of his stars, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, in 2007 is perhaps one of the most well documented stories in QCrimes history. Both murderers were sentenced to life in prison and the gruesome details of the case have fascinated audiences for a very long time. Books have been written and media attention faded with time but it seems that a new movie is about to reignite the interest.
QC has received information that Christian Slater has been cast to play the part of Bryan Kocis in “King Cobra” a movie adaptation of the book “Cobra Killer Gay Porn Murder” that narrates the horrific circumstances that led to the death of the gay porn producer who was stabbed 28 times and his throat was cut, nearly decapitating him. Kocis’ body was left in his house before it was set on fire to cover the evidence. The film effort is produced by Event Films and James Franco, who is also receiving acting credentials so we assume he will be one of the leads but his character has not been revealed yet. Filming has started and actress Molly Ringwald tweeted a selfie of her and Slater confirming her involvement in the project and apparently she’ll be playing Kocis’ sister Melody. We also have learned that newcomer Garrett Clayton (from Disney’s musical Teen Beach Movie) will play a character named “Sean” that we assumed is in fact Brent Corrigan, who if you remember, collaborated with the FBI in this case as he was an underage actor working for Cobra Video at the time of the murder.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard about unfortunately fuckable Harlow Cuadra And Joseph Kerekes, the porn couple convicted for murdering Cobra video owner Bryan Kocis. We covered the entire arrest and trial, but now we’ve snagged shots of the two taken in prison this past March. We’ve put them in a timeline of shots from their arrest and trial to now, and let us just say… prison has aged them both. A lot.

Jason Creed a porn actor with Circle JerkBoys, Extra Big Dicks, and Lollipop Twinks stands accused of animal cruelty after he brought his dead dog (a half-wolf mix named Moonshine) into a vet to be cremated. The vet discovered blunt force trauma and signs of suffocation. The Palm Beach Post has more:
According to a probable cause arrest affidavit, on the morning of Oct. 7, [Creed] took the deceased dog to the Cole Animal Clinic on North Federal Highway in Boca Raton to have it cremated. [Creed] told clinic staff that the dog had died that morning, possibly due to a seizure, according to the affidavit. But an examination by a veterinarian technician showed signs of blunt force trauma, and further examination by an attending veterinarian indicated that the dog had died from some sort of suffocation, most likely choking, the affidavit stated.
A necropsy showed that the dog suffered severe blunt force trauma prior to death, and that the cause of death is believed to be asphyxiation due to aspiration of food.
Witnesses told investigators that [Creed] hit the dog on several occasions. A roommate said that he and [Creed] acquired the dog, named Moonshine, in February. In interviews with investigators, Thomson stated that his actions were attempts to teach the dog discipline… he and his roommate bought the dog when it was a puppy in February 2010.
When his roommate arrived home from work on Oct. 7, Moonshine lay dead on the floor. [Creed] said the dog tried to bite him, but never explained how he died. A friend of [Creed’s] called Palm Beach County Animal Control that same day and said he believed [Creed] had killed his pet. He said Thompson had called asking for money to pay for the cremation.
Animal control investigators had been called to the apartment twice since February after getting complaints that the puppy was heard yelping in pain. But the dog was unhurt and didn’t seem scared, Walesky said, so they gave him a warning.
Dogs can be annoying, but so can twinks… that’s no reason to kill one. Oh, and talking about murderous twinks, the infamous Harlow Cuadra appealed his murder conviction, so he’ll stay in prison for the rest of his twink life. Let this be a lesson: if you’re gonna choke an animal, choke your chicken. And if you wanna put something in another man, drop the knife and use your dick instead.

Gay Porn Gossip is reporting that Chad Noel (aka Donny Price & Craven Cox) “passed away in New York City, on March 17, 2010 following a brief illness associated with complications of HIV.” He was 25 years old.
Friends, fans, and family members have been leaving their condolences and memories of Mr. Noel at an incomplete obituary page at the Laramie Boomerang. The family says the obituary will be posted as soon as the autopsy report is done.

Seems like only last week we reported the beginning of porn model Marcus Allen’s murder trial. And now, barely one week later, our former Freshmen of the Year’s blossomed into a full-fledged felon, convicted of first-degree murder and serving life in prison! If you’ll remember, Allen (aka Timothy J. Boham) shot his ex-boss and butt-slave, Paul Kelso, in the head during a cuddling/robbery gone bad. Boham’smotive? Getting cash for his preggers girlfriend. His defense? XBIZ has the goods:
“The jury took less than five hours to convict Boham, whose lawyers — Amber St. Clair and Kristan Wheeler—claimed that his victim… committed suicide,” reports the Denver Post. “They tried to persuade the jury that the murder scene was merely a cover-up for a suicide to that Kelso’s life insurance policy would pay out.”
“According to testimony, Boham returned to the house several times to clean the body of fingerprints and to remove clothing, bedding, a shell casing and other material,” the Post reports.
Boham stole Kelso’s safe and cut it open, believing it contained as much as $400,000. But it was empty save for some paperwork.
He later admitted to the shooting of his mother and sister and fled to Arizona, where he was arrested at the U.S.-Mexico border and returned to Colorado. “He confessed to police during a videotaped interview, which was played to jurors. His mother, sister and former girlfriend all testified against him during the five-day trial,” according to the Post.
Damn, that was quick. Is Lady Justice on Tina or something? We mean, the Harlow Cuadra trial took for-fucking-ever. But this one was wrapped up in less time than it takes to redecorate a bedroom.
Back in 2006, we mentionedthe arrest of gay-for-pay porn actor, Marcus Allen (aka Timothy J. Boham). He was arrested at the U.S. Mexican border in Arizona for the murder of 43 year-old Denver businessman, John Paul Kelso. Boham whored himself out to Kelso for some cash for his pregant girlfriend. Settle, among others… The suit alleges a failure to repay $1.24 million outstanding on a $2.2 million promissory note issued on May 1, 2003, upon the sale of the company by Jim French Studios to Prowest.
Prowest Media president, John Rutherford responded to the lawsuit with this: “As the old saying goes, ‘There are two sides to every story.’ We regret that Mr. French has chosen to pursue his differences legally where only lawyers will prosper. Please know that after nearly 20 years in this business learning from the best, we have every intention of working our differences out.”

According to media reports, Harlow Cuadra is appealing his guilty verdict. The relevant documents were filed today at the Luzerne County, Pennsylvania courthouse by his attorney, Paul J. Walker. Last month, Mr. Cuadra, 27, was convicted of first-degree homicide in the January 2007 murder of Cobra Video producer Bryan Kocis. He was sentenced to life in prison when the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict during the penalty phase of the trial. In December 2008, Joseph Kerekes, Cuadra’s former partner and one-time co-defendant, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and received the mandatory sentence of life in prison. The plea spared him from the death penalty.
Yes, they’re fighting, but which looks better in undies? “In September 2005 when ASACP was alerted that Brent Corrigan was supposedly 17 while performing in four movies, it researched this and quickly informed the industry about the offending movies,” she said. “All titles and promotional materials were immediately removed from circulation and distribution, both online and offline.”
“This was a wakeup call back then and should be a warning to the industry about the importance of being vigilant to obtain the proper documentation for 2257 requirements and to check on questionable documents. Brent is now over 18 and has the right to engage in whatever legal business he chooses.”

I’ve actually watched porn where girls aren’t that good looking but the porn turns me on. Its just aura chemistry vs. physical chemistry. If I can relate to (my scene partner) in more ways than one, then I’m usually going to have a good scene with them. I’ve worked with a lot of cocky assholes (laughs). He just didn’t choose to go with the preppy look like most of the guys that I work with with. If you compare him with a lot of preppy guys out there that I’ve worked with, in my opinion he didn’t have the “chemistry look,” he had the chemistry. He had never done (porn) before. College Guys 24/7 was his first scene, I think, and I dunno he just seemed … he didn’t seem like he got into porn as much as he did into writing music. I guess it was just something in the back of his mind that he waned to do. And I actually enjoyed the scene because I didn’t expect to get as much out of him as I did, being a new guy and not having the typical look.
