What do you want more? The man or to be fucked? If all you want out of life is a dick up your arse then find someone else and leave this guy in your past. If you think you have some kind of future with this man then get over your own selfish needs and put the relationship first. If the relationship has a real future then he will eventually want to give you what you want. Even if he doesn't enjoy it.
Don't make something so simple, so hard. Just talk to him. If he is a total bottom and will not top you, then cut your losses and move on. No sense in trying to "trick" him or anything else. Just open your mouth and talk. Is that so difficult?
