Spencer Moy, the designer behind SMOY PhotoCuffs, assembles each of the precision laser-cut vinyl bracelets by hand. Moy, an industrial designer and lifelong New Yorker, says he got the idea for PhotoCuffs while working for an electronics manufacturer in Tokyo.
